I would like to start off by saying that I could not have asked for a better internship experience. This was a tough, stressful internship that required all my energy and time. But all the stress was very worth the fun that I had during my internship days. Interning is the best way to find out whether you fit into that particular career. It also helps you learn and gain so much experience that you would not have had without being in the work force instead of the classroom. More than anything, though, I have learned through my internship the value of hard work and how to work as a team with other people, I thoroughly enjoyed my internship and now have very valuable experience under my belt. I know this will help when looking for jobs and needing references. I was dreading it in the beginning, but now I am so happy it was required.We all know that practical experience is the best, and internships give students that hands-on experience they need. I feel that quality internships are essential to develop key skills that you cant get in a classroom and if you are looking for something like that, trust me CASE structural engineers is the place you need to be in. This platform gives you a chance to evaluate your skills in multitasking, communication, learning to deal with diversity, and dealing with deadlines. CASE does not offer any training or coaching to anyone, it tries to recreate an office atmosphere like when you are working for someone else, not yourself like you do in college.

I learned so many things while I was pursuing my Civil Engineering course. But CASE centre taught me what I learned during those 4 years. I am working as Design Engineer in Beaver Infra Consultants (PVT) Ltd at Panvel, Mumbai. I was not concious that a Design Engineering job is open to a B-tech graduate. I thought that a person becomes a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER if and only if he has a master degree in it. All those kinds of irrational ideas of mine were washed away by this institute. I say this because I am on to it carrying only a B-tech degree. I dont think a special mention is needed about the inevitable role of this institute for my placement in this company. But special mention is required about the principal faculty Mr. Venugopal S who helped me to row the boat against the flow and found my shore.The current generation of Civil Engineers dont know the value of what they take in. Dont waste your life at SITE. Go to CASE. Discover your inside ability.
