Would not recommend the place. Hardly clicked any pictures for our receptions and we did not get any great pics also.

Shortly after the wedding, we had to travel abroad to rejoin work. So I was very excited to watch our wedding video for the first time, after a while after the big day with my husband and family friends. Whom I just meet. It turned out to be an embarrassing moment in my life when the video title showed, My name, the brides name is wrong! Why are these guys so careless? When asked, they gave an absurd reason. These are memories which we intend to keep for a lifetime, to show to our kids, am I supposed to embarrass for the rest of my life? These guys are really unethical and unprofessional! The reasons they tell us is very childish, and they dont seem to understand the importance of wedding videos. Shame!

Amateurish, unethical, ignorant, Incompetent & disreputable.One of my best friend asked me to recommend him a studio for his wedding, I made the mistake - Tween Studios.Amateurish – There is a cliché story line of making mistake in the names of Bride and Groom on wedding albums and Video titles, well in our case it happened! The name of bride is different in a funny way! It was not just a clerical error.Unethical – A complete wedding Video with a running time of half an hour! Who in Kerala can agree to that?Ignorant – For the details we asked for wedding highlight video, Unconditional Ignorance!Incompetent - They done pretty amazing works so far, but seems like they are sharing only their best works in Social Medias. They didn’t share my friend’s wedding highlights coz it’s too bad.Disreputable – We didn’t select for their highest package, but an honourable service and treatment is expected.A person’s wedding is once in a life time event, those who capture it should have the decency to make it at least enjoyable not as a regret in life!

I approached Tween Studios recommended by a friend and convinced by their portfolio, shown on Facebook. I wonder now, do all their works are displayed on facebook? No, my wedding highlight video is not uploaded. Because it is not good! My wedding video length which they gave me is only 30mins! And on the video, both mine and brides name is wrong. The reason they put forward for this immature behavior is that they give a discount on the package I choose, and there was no proper communication (because I was abroad before the wedding). A good number of Keralites plan their wedding from outside and Tween cannot work with such people? Giving a discount on the package means no commitment to the package?

Recently came across some bad reviews of Tweens, and it seemed like an intentional de-grading. So I reached out to them to know the truth, and most of the things mentioned are baseless except for a notable title mistake which has been rectified as soon as its notified.Ive known Tweens since their first year and have referred many of my friends and colleagues to them. Its not that they have a perfect system. But its the way they handle any hiccups, and make it up to the expectations of their clients. Being a person who had closely watched their culture and workflow, Ill keep recommending TweenStudios.

The manglore event tweens designed was a blast. Really happy to be a part of this.
