An average lab, not too great. Staff not too friendly or efficient. Especially a girl by the name Liji is downright rude. Mr.John, the team leader is a cool guy & cooperative. The good part is these guys send the lab reports on email if the bills are prepaid. Metropolis is located at a wrong place. Its a first floor with narrow, steep-climbing staircase which would be too difficult for an ill patient to climb give blood samples and get down... They do have a ground floor setup which they use for administrative/office-printing purposes

We get our test reports very quick and they send it to your mailbox.Saves a lot of time.Accuracy of the results are also fine.
