The Place is located at the heart of Kollam city, Close to auto stands, railways station and bus stand. Easily accessible from the Highway itself. This place offers friendly customer service and accurate diagnostic reports. Few things that Took me off guard were the Charge and covid measures. Covid protocols are not properly done here, Checking the temperature and providing hand sanitizer is just an act of joke here. And price for MRI and other scans are hilarious. The place is kept neat and tidy, have parking slots for your vehicles, rest rooms available. Reports are also given at the right time. Overall not a bad experience.

Dont try this place one of the worst and non professional place in kollam.Totally irresponsible staff and unhygienic atmosphere, rude staff behaviour,no proper timing and punctual services.Not even accepting any cards..only money..its really pathetic.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Staff is very rude . Unhygienic place . Staff asks to remove your shoes and walk barefoot in the most dirty floor. No single suggestion is accepted by the staff in the reception. Arrogant people with utmost rude behaviour. If possible, try a better option....

Very rude and arrogant staff. Even during these days of covid pandemic they are ordering patients to remove their chappals to enter this building .That too for entering the most untidy unhygienic place. While entering a hospital or scanning centre one should never remove their chappals as the chance of getting infections is very high when walking barefoot in such places especially during this pandemic time .They just dont care about the health of their customers.And they are too arrogant towards customers (patients) even after charging heavy bills.They should be taught how to behave to the patients ,how to behave professionally .Never ever go to this filthy place if you value your money ,health and dignity.

Irresponsible managment.. No proper enqurey section.. Waiting for scan long time agin wiating for dr thn long time for getting report. Reception staff only knows how much we pay... And staff only respond whom keep Chappel inside they very carefully notice... Poor service.. Very bad experience.. At this covid time why they pull to remove chapel...horrible experience

Appreciatable staff behaviour, good environment and affordable price.No need to struggle for anything, all patients will be guided properly from begining to end. Fast result and overall good.

Too over priced. Even though its too costly, they wont accept payment with ATM card. People have to run the whole city to get an ATM. Its some kind of cheating.

I am posting this review in Oct 2020, at the peak of Covid-19. This is a time when we are trying our best not to touch even a door knob. This sick scanning center MANDATE the patients to REMOVE SANDALS and walk barefoot inside, endangering us to expose ourself to potential Corona risk.There isn’t anybody to convey our concerns. They show the general Malayalee attitude ‘not ready to remove sandals, stay away from our building’!!!When are we going to have a mass uprising against these bourgeois ‘No sandals inside’ warning?Desinganad is not the overpriceed scanning center in Kollam. Make sure to call all the leading scanning centers before deciding to select one.

Took hours to get into the scanning room and after that another hour to get the report😡 Worst experience ever!!

They have no card payment system, They do not have money to give the balance they expect the patient to go and get it from somewhere.

Had a very bad experience ....now its 5.21pm....i came here with my mother aged 73 for a scan by 1.40pm....still sitting here. Now may be 20 mnts more, they asked to wait for results.The staff at the reception is very cordial. But after paying the bills, there starts the customers sufferings . Patients come with illness....dont misunderstand that they are under your mercy, they are paying the bill you are charging, you are supposed to give service for your charges. Patients are called as per their likings not by any token ore order ...pathetic.

Very worst and inefficient Radiologist for ultra sound scanning, today i went for usg, the male radiologist just scaned my abdomen for one minute even though i was informed my exact paining location, but he didnt mind my words and simply finished the scanning in two minutes and report given after half an hour. In report there is no kidney stones in my kideneys. Afer that i was seen one of the rewiew in google, and went to another lab in kollam,and again tested ultra sound scan, in that report 5. 2 mm stone found in my right kidney and 3. 2 mm stone in left kidney. Such a bad experience is first time in my life.Again requesting you dont go to this lab, i loss my money Rs.750/- and time also. They are simply Ignoring the Values of human life. ☺😡😡

Best diagnosis centres in Kollam,the report is good,cost is comparatively lesser than others, ambulance service available, parking for two wheelers available.very close to road.

Pls dont go to this lab. I went for ultra sound scan check for checking kidneystones. The doctor scanned me was just for a show off. He just placed that machine on my body for 30 seconds and told that ultra sound scan was over. I thought that he got the kidney stone size results. After sometime i got results that describes there is no calculi (kidney stone) in your body. I just asked to the staff over there that i have pain in abdomen and the result show no kidney stone. They told that may be another reason . So i went to a another lab for ultra sound scan kidney stone check up.and finall the results from there showing that i have 3 kidney stones having 4 mm size.. soo plss everyone dont gooo to this scanning center.. its a fake center ..they only want money...

Their responds to customers s not so good. They think we have no other options and depends on them.For many times, i think its a goverment office

Very bad experience. Does anyone suggest this scanning center? None of their scanning can be done with identity. I had to do the mammogram a second time to clear it up. The staff here is a waste of time. My two days went by
