A good service center over kollam for MI & Nokia

Very bad service. I have contacted this service centre as my poco phones display got damaged. They asked me to book an appointment and go there which I did. when I went there on my alloted slot the shop was closed. this happened on last Saturday and I have been calling them non stop since then. they either wont attend the calls or will keep their phone switched off. I would never buy anything from Xiaomi again because their service centre here is this one and their service is pathetic...

Operational practices are not at all customer centric, I would say not employee centric too. That leads to too much of friction, something that can be very much avoided, especially during current times, with some simple tweaks. You will get frustrated with the kind of time you have to spent before being attended. A simple quick review of customer issue and dos and donts before advising the customers to wait for their turn could make great difference in the customer experience

We had given the phone case with the phone during the time when battery was to be replaced.. And when we came back the case was missing and when asked about it to the manager he just casually admitted that it would have been thrown out by the cleaners..he didnt even behave politely.. Too rude and irresponsible.. Poor customer service

Worst service ever, these people threatened us on our faceI went there to fix my phone software(still under warranty) (it take them two days to even attend my case),they said there server is down bla bla , on further enquiry without any provocation he threatened me that they could do whatever on my phone hardware inside and we will never know... I escaped with my phone.Going there with your phone is suicidal (for your phone)

Stay away from this place.Theyre a bunch of frauds running a scam. Leave your device there and they will ask for unnecessary replacement of hardware. FYI my device only had a software issue, thats resolved at another Mi Authorized Service Center. Their behavior was nothing to write home about. They literally threatened me to water damage the device inside their technical work area. 🤯

Dont ever go to this Service Center.They will threaten you if you question their worst servicing.They will ask for unnecessary hardware replacement costs they have not even done.If you are a Novice at technical side they will definitely cheat you.Dont leave your phone there..ever.

No token available... Atleast you should have post it in some social media.... Service center with no service... Please visit after calling them.... Otherwise waste of time....

Totally IRRESPONSIBLE!! Doesnt return calls or even attend it. Repairing a phone takes almost a month!. Over blown cost for services.

See first of all this is not a NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE like back in the day but now it is a private service centre which is authorized by nokia for thier Mobile phone repairs. The shop also accepts other devices from other manufacturers also like xiomi. So the staffs sometimes cannot deliver the promise in a timely manner. They are also not upto to the mark in someareas like picking up the calls etc. They have to improve. For nokia users this is the one and only service centre to visit if your phone is still under the warranty period.

Very bad service, very late. first time they told me that would take 15days. After 15days again they told me that would take more 10 days and they would call me. but no response After 25days when i called. Then she told me they needed more 4days to service thet handset. Very very very bad and late service.

Worst service ever seen.The service centre guy treats us like his employ.There is no information about to take token so I waited for call , after half an hour i approached the counter then he reduced to hear my complaint and told me to take token which cant seen by a normal customer,which is located on counter table without any information.The service guy with spex a and pink shirt spoken roudly to customer including me on 29th july 2019.i have 2 nokia phones to be serviced. One with headphones active mode which took 2 weeks to got repaired but the problem is still.another phone with earspeaker complaint is still there...... Dont waste your time

In my experience I had got a good support... More over customer dealing is also very good. So in my opinion Nokia is back with defferent experience.. So trust in Nokia....

I wIll never refer to this store.....My Brand new Nokia 5.1+ mobile returns with scratches in body and screen,asked about it,they said it is screen guard only that gets scratched...more over the back glass screen guard they simply thrown away during repair...

The worse experience that I have got ever in my life,and the workers doesnt know how to speak or how to deal a customer . The manager (Abhi) and other staff working there speak harshly to the customers.Am very disappointed with there service and the way they speak to customers
