Me and my wife visited this Max store on Friday(27th August) and bought clothes of approximately 5k.My wife couldnt try the fitting of the clothes because of the existing covid conditions.Unfortunately two of the kurtis did not fit once she tried it at home.When I took it for exchange the staff denied exchange citing vivid conditions.The shop has a notice mentioning the 30 day return policy.No information was provided even at the time of billing(a lady cashier)on this.

Good choices for kids, men & woman but there is no many selection for gents sandals.Good and well maintained toilets, well lighted, clean place for shopping.No parking space, please come in weekdays to kick away crowds. A family oriented place!

Worst outlet. Atleast they cant provide the bill copy to the customer. Cashier told will get bill thru message waited one day but zero response.Bad experience.

Great prices and does have a good range of formal and casual wear. Though there is a clear lack of casual colorful prints. Everything seems to fall under formal, flannel or dark colored.

Poor collection, poor staff attitude( the billing takes forever but for people used to this its not a problem) , but Max is Max for its brand ... I would rather suggest their online store, because the place doesnt have a great parking space in front of it, but they do have space across the street ... Too many people there and although they do follow covid protocol I just wouldnt want to go there for fear of the place and clothes being contaminated..

Large floor space to browse for clothes. Three floors in fact, ground for women first for kids and the third for men. Theres a 50% off sale on for Christmas right now, so I was able to buy a really good pair of jeans for a song! And Ive found that the clothes are generally of a good quality.

Max🕋 has three floors:1.)Ground floor-Women,2.)First floor-Kids,3.)Second floor-Men,They have good collections. 50% discount offer is available during Onam and Christmas✌. Parking space is limited in front of the store, but they provide a separate 🚙parking space opposite to the showroom...

Staff is not trained to help the customers. QRS Retail, the franchisee, should take the staff to some proper Max Outlets outside Kerala and show them how the other big outlets function and the customer is taken care of. This showroom is comparatively small when compared to other Max outlets. Manager was trying to help, but he cant reach everywhere at the same time and help. Disappointing shopping experience.
