She is so lovable and talented .she designed three dress for a wedding which was a feast to eyes . That made my day ✨ and gave me high pleasure ... Her creative thinking and dedication gave me a lot of happiness and boosted my confidence . I am really happy to meet her and now there is no other option than this . ☺️...Highly highly satisfied with their service and cooperation .......

Good stitching but pricey

They have beautiful collections, though a bit expensive. When you give any material for stitching, make sure you give it to the Creative store just next to the Shoe shop, where they display sarees. It is half the rate there. The other one is specifically for wedding/similarly important functions.

They designed my prewedding reception gown..n it was outstanding..perfect stitching and timely delivery.

Dont expect timely delivery. Schedule the delivery atleast 1 month before your requirement. I had a bad experience. My wife has given the material for stitching on 20th November and they agreed to deliver on 3rd December but they called her on 2nd, informed a delay and agreed to deliver on 6th, just one day before the marriage party that we have already informed them. But when she went to collect the dress on 6th, they have given the dress but the design was not as per our requirement. They have done some easy outdated design on the dress and tried to convince us, our selected design will not match the material and colour. Also told us to bring back it after the marriage event for rework. Is it professional to say this at the time of delivery? We never recommend Creative for designer stitching. We can have many other better options at Kollam.

Worst place to go for stitching and other works.Very Bad customer service services especially the designer please change her before you meant to close the shop!My fiance goes there by her friends recommendation and her marriage clothing was spolied by these people after all these they are showing attitude alsoStay away !!!!

Horrible experience with these tailors and store there was a clear design provided and they screwed up the stitching right before the day of the event. Worst service ever. Did not even offer to reimburse the blatant charges.

I have been shopping from creative fashions for more than 12 years.But for the past two years I have noticed a sharp decline in the quality of service they offer.Though I do not have any complaints regarding the material quality,they literally spoil the attire with their alteration work.When I pose a doubt if the dress can be resized to my measurements,the staff assure that the designers would do it perfectly.Then they make us pay the bill and take the dress for alteration.The alteration would be far from perfect and they take a bail that this is all that can be done with ready made dresses.I have lost so much of money on a dress and I assure the management that I will not step into the shop ever again.And I had this terrible experience twice from here.Earlier I used to recommend this shop for my friends now Im doing otherwise..

I love this place! I always walkout with more than a handful of salwars everytime I come visit. On-site alterations with a reasonable waiting time gives me a chance to explore the rest of the shopping complex.
