Located in the suburbs of the city, its easy to Access from the National Highway. Staffs are quite friendly and efficient. Offers various services like, X-ray scans, CT and MRI, Ultrasound. Wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessible entrance available. The chair is a bit expensive. Parking space for private vehicles (two wheelers) is also available. Spacious building. Ambulance service is also available.

Very bad experience. They seriously do not know what they are doing. Doctors seem inexperienced. The reports will be very very delayed. A 30 minutes report you will get only next day. They create unnecessary panic for patients.My brothers hand was swelling after they took the injection. After the scan while we were leaving I asked the technician if he found any abnormalities in the report and he consulted the doctor. After that they again took another CT Scan. If I would have not asked him before leaving they would have not done it. All this lead to a lot of confusion and led us to think that something is wrong and perhaps that is why they are taking follow up tests.Please go somewhere outside Kollam as I feel all scanning labs in Kollam are the same. People of Kollam really need better.

The doctor there was utter waste and we lost 900 rupees, time and a hell lot of effort. The doctor who scanned my mother was SREEPRIYA, an inexperienced doctor.Also the report was unclear, ambiguous and hard to understand even for an experienced doctor in NSvery sad and hediuos experienceEarlier the doctor here was a great doctor named SOPHY SUSAN. but now very bad

Poor service and huge variation in results. After a few hours of testing my blood I had approached DDRC for the same test from there I get all results normal. Govt hospital drs prefer this lab only for commission basis.
