Nice people great service. I recommend to use them specially when you finding a budjet room or a customised packedge tour.

These people are not at all cooperative.They are not even ready to answer the calls of customer.Payment is made in advance but still they are not ready to give us the confirm hotel vouchers.There intention is of doing a fraud.We are calling them 100 times but they are not even having the courtesy to answer the phone.Before confirming the package continuous calls were made.

We were running out of hotels in Tajpur. We didnt find a single hotel in our budget in Digha, Mandarmoni or Tajpur. Then Delight Tours and Travels came forward and helped us to book a resort. Not only the resort was good, it was brilliant! We never expected to get such a resort at a cheap budget. The food was good too. It was a Excellent experience in Sunderban. We were a group of 45 people from Jharkhand visited Sunderban by boat. The food was delicious and plenty. We were expecting Russgulla for lunch but the Chatney out dated it. Evening snacks and night dinner was delicious too. We had a life time experience visiting the island. We (me & my elderly parents) planned a last minute trip to Digha during the pujas (2017). Many thanks to delight tours & travels for booking us into a very decent hotel in old digha called Bela Niwas. We were allotted the best rooms. All arrangements were good. My parents were very satisfied. The owner of delight travels, on his short visit to Digha, made time to meet us and made sure all is well.Overall it was a very comforting experience with delight travels. I look forward to planning more trips with Delight in the near future and highly recommend their company for tour planning.
