Most pathetic branch of ubi ....in Kolkata almost every UBI branch is more or less same but this one is extraordinary.No.of staffs are 4+ managerYou need minimum 1 hr to get any kind of services, also people who visit the branch are most uncultured and they are always ready for shouting and arguing with fellow peoples.
