Disgusting behavior from the staff.Rude and unapologetic behavior from the staff , I recommend go to some other bank than this place.I request if any senior person from the managerial panel watches the reviews then please take some necessary action.Atleast give them behavioral training , how to behave with customers.
I one of the customer of this branch. I think the employee should be more helpful, more fast, and more caring ( specially for newly adult like me who does not know everything)
I recommend think before going to the SBI silpara Branch, if you belong to private sector. Manager said:We dont provide loan to private business or salaried people, we only provide loan to government employees . Neither they have all operations operating properly.
Atm doesnt work at all everytime and when i ask to peon he doesnt even respond, and whenever i tried to complaint this to the branch manager, he didnt even care and sometime i found office was vacate. very poor service, i am thinking to shift my account or close it. just a pathetic bank service.

Worst branch of SBII went to this particular branch yesterday hoping to update kyc for my grandfather. They pointed out some problems with the kyc form. So today i went there again with my grandfather (89 years old). The woman sitting on the counter was unsure about the authenticity of the document. So she asked me to verify it with the branch manager. The manager kept me and my grandfather standing for more than 30 mins while he kept attending someone he knew. All he had to do was to have a look at the document and verify its authenticity.This type of attitude really makes me feel that private banks are soo much better.I just hope that at least they should start a review system for their employees so that people can at least let the management know of their grievances.
