Horrible experience. I went to purchase a light weight earrings but the concern salesperson is having very casual and careless approach. I waited there for a long time but He was too much busy with the heavy weight jwellery. Now my question is your showroom is only for heavy weight customer or all??On the another hand your customer care service is too poor. The person who rcvs the phone call, is very very rude. I dont know what the hell is he thinking about himself.I also have heavy weight jwellery of RJ but today I have received such behaviour, den I really have to think about the next purchase from your showroom.There is also another renowned jwellery shops around you and their approach is just wohh...I have already purchased such earrings from them today, atleast they never make difference between customers.

Most rough, vulgar, inhuman , senseless ,criminal type behaviour from the person (J.N.).The workers in the shop are good but that J.N. is so uncivilized that it cannot be expressed in any sober language.
