AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!First of all Im surprised this company has such a poor star rating when they offered me a service for $1000 they could give me fake reviews to increase my Google rating. I had Soumo Pratihar from Fitser develop a website for my business over 12 months ago and still to this date it is not running the way he advised me it would. It is slow to load, very unprofessional and every time he attempts to rectify an issue it is only temporary. One month ago I opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and Soumo called me straight away and fixed the issue instantly and requested I take down the PP request. As soon as I ended the dispute with PP the issues came back again and he didnt want to know me. Unfortunately I can not reopen the dispute with PP and I have requested my money back several times and tried to call them with no response. I wish I didnt believe/trust their sales tactics which came from an Australian based person to now dealing with Soumo who is unprofessional and on the other side of the world to me.

This is one of the worst and u professional company based in eastern part of India. As they keep calling people from different internet sites like directory listings, classified ads and funnels where people registered their new domain name. Most of the positive reviews are given below are given by their own people. They call people for Google Profile but infact they do not have good reviews and ratings. Shame on you guys.

They are cold calling phone numbers gained from WHOIS (owner) info on URLs (websites). Im thinking to pay for privacy listings now with my registrar. Im in sales too; so, Im not so offended by the FIRST call; but, after more than 5 times telling them that I have their info if I need them, they continue to call. So, I asked them, no less than 3 times, to remove me from their database; yet, they continue to call. So, Im writing this review. They called from what I think to be a SPOOFED phone number. Many callers from outside the USA do this. I wont publish the phone number here as I dont believe it belongs to them. My plan and advise... for any call like this... put them on hold, call the number and if its a fake number, dont do business with them as they are starting the relationship poorly.

I wont event give a one fourth of a star. they contacted me out of no-where as a cold call and started talking about themselves as a web development company and how they can advertise my website online to get the desired traffic on the website. but when i started asking questions about how it will all work and what will i get in the amount which they asked for which was $300 (USD) then they said they will be doing google listing of my business in $300 and if i want them to run google ads for my website, they will charge even more for that. i recommend do not deal with them, as they are just a bunch of ripoffs and scammers. Dont trust these guys. save your money.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using FItser for Web page services to Reconsider. They collected two of out three payments from me and didnt contact me for months. So now I dont have my money and I dont have a Web page. They made a lot of promises and did not fulfill them. Rude cold calls, refusing to take no for an answer, told me they werent selling anything but unless they work for free, Im pretty sure thats a lie! Called from a NSW number but located in India as per the website. Very rude and belligerent guy who called himself Peter but his accent and location would suggest this is absolutely not his name. He expected me to put his call through to the owners without telling me where he was calling from or what he wanted. Once I realised it was the same call weve already had multiple times before and told him that the owners already have an IT company that are taking care of our website and are not interested in a new company and I have been instructed to say no, he ceased being polite and started to speak down and argue with me. Ultimately I had to hang up on him as a client came in to the office and I will not be spoken to by anybody that way, it was not a conversation I wished to have in front of a client. If I didnt have to answer the phone at work as art of my job I would ignore this phone number. If we say No Thank you, accept my answer and thank us for our time. Speaking down and arguing will not get you clients or scam victims. No means no!

So I was unable to write all the answers in exam and above trainers escalated this matter on the name of willing issue to the HR team.4. Meanwhile I was absent 1 day due to severe toothache and HR team asked me to submit the doctors medical letter, I thought they will consider that 1 day as a sick leave but later I came to know that they just wanted to get the accurate reason for the salary deduction. I submitted my dentists prescription and wanted to get the clarification on above said matter but HR team threatened me on the name of warning letter.5. My dentist processed the tooth extraction on March 30 2019 (Saturday) and after completing the week off I came into the office with stitches pain on April 1 2019 as per my shift time (8 PM - 5 AM). As the transport never arrived on time so next morning (on April 2 2019) I reached home at 8:15 AM so I was not able to come to office on the same day with stitches pain. After I joined my office on April 3 2019 and HR Priya Singh threatened me on the name of termination and warning letter. I also requested her to remove my name from the transport list as I dont wanted to get the worst company transport facility so HR Priya Singh asked the trainer Chetan Singh to remove my name from the transport list and send an email regarding this transport issue to her. But today morning ( April 6 2019 - 5:35 AM) I came to know that no action had been taken by the HR Priya Singh and Trainer Chetan Singh and as per the transport manager Mr. Parvez my name is still present on their transport list.6. Due to natural calamity I was late to come office on the last evening (April 5 2019 - 10 PM) and the trainer Anand Sharma marked the day as half day of my actual office hours.Dear Mr. Arijit Paul, do you really think that your employees knows everything about the web and mobile app development? 😁Result - 0 😂
