The women named Tanya Saha who is the sales person in the store was very rude to us and behaved like we were some random people who could not afford anything from the store, behaves like she owns the store.wanted to buy a bag but did not just because of her behaviour.i would recommend everyone to opt for other stores in India and strict action should be taken from Coach for this sales person.

The collection is good and the shop is very well maintained. Good window display. The staff is not very helpful and often rude. I have been to the shop three times so far to buy for self/gift and walked out without buying anything only because the store assistant was acting all haughty. Moved to buying online or from other locations.

Not a fan of the brand and it’s designs. Quality may be good. But the collection doesn’t attract me.
