Thanks to Dr. Krishanu as all of a sudden 3 days back at night my Sparky started having loose motion motion and the condition / situation was very bad. I called Dr.Krishanu and immediately he arranged treatment at my home and instructed the compounder what to do...and next day he checked her physically.Now she is perfectly fine...

Its a well organised place for your pets. The vet is polite, and explains well. Takes care to examine the pet. The only con is receptionists do not give you a clear picture of when the vet wil start the chamber. Waiting time is extremely long but its worth it in the end.

Dr. Ghosh is good, loved dogs and gives time to listen to your pet’s issues.The pathology service their was not good as they had to inject my dog twice to get the blood sample. My dog then got a clot in his leg as the injection was given too fast into his blood stream. We waited there until the clot was dissolved.Next, it’s a 2-3 hour job to see the doctor as it’s always overcrowded abs they call everyone at same time rather than giving appointments. Rest staff is loving and cooperative.

Though we had to wait a bit longer but the clinic is handled very professionally and everybody including the doctor were very responsive. Clarified all the doubts and questions. Very knowledgeable doctor.

Couldnt be more happy with his diagnosis. I regret not consulting him earlier as I was not aware of this clinic opening up. He is knowledgeable about small animals and conducted proper tests before concluding anything, something that other vets in this area dont do unfortunately. Thanks to him my two baby bunnies recovered rapidly within a week after being sick for almost 3 months.Consultation fees are relatively high but worth every penny.

Terrible experience. My dog contracted gastrointestinal infection and was required saline. The doctor and nurse at Vet assure failed at it after they collectively pricked my dog more than 15 times in all his 4 legs leaving it bloodied and swollen.Dr. Krishanu also forbidded a scheduled paravet from visiting our residence to administer saline to my sick dog who has been passing bloody stool since 2 days.He and his staff caused anguish to my dog and my family by their unprofessional dealing and passive aggressive response to being called out on the poor attitude.I had heard of similar cases before where Dr. Krishanu had abondoned very sick dogs and dog parents in time of dire need but continued to visit him only because he knew my dogs history and used to vaccinate him. Big mistake.I wouldnt recommend his services to anyone. Even though Kolkata lacks proper vet care, anything else would be better than visiting Vet assure again.

The clinic is very good and is at great location. Vet is very experienced and caring. Everyone in the shop are really good and helpful. The groomer is also good in grooming.

Doctor, food, toys, feeder, medicines and many more avaialble. Doctors visit charge is INR 400. Pet grooming facility also available. But everything mentioned above is readily available for dogs and a few for cats and if you have none of the two then check with them first.

The clinic is very good. The doctor is very experienced and caring. Everyone in the shop are really good and helpful. The groomer is also good in grooming. But in dog training he is not fully experienced.

Visited twice for my 3 months old Spitz pup, once for diarrhoea (on 17-07-2021) and then for not able to walk with the support of his hind-limbs (on 20-07-2021). Dr. Krishanu Ghosh is a gem of a person, didn’t made us feel that we were at a vet-clinic! He played with our pup and cuddled him, we were impressed by his method of diagnosis. His to-the-point diagnosis is impeccable and he recommended the bare-minimum medications for our pup. The diarrhoea was cured within a day, however the inability to walk is somewhat still there. But nonetheless, he is much better than he was and his improvement in walking is noticeable. Coming to Vetassure Pet Clinic, they are very professional and is always stocked with a wide collection of items for your furry-friend! Their price is very reasonable and the products are also very good. Their location is very easy to find (I have always visited the Newtown outlet as the timings are suitable for me!) and theres a parking-lot beside the clinic as well. Last, but obviously not the least…..NOT ALL SUPERHEROES WEAR CAPES; SOME EVEN WEAR APPLE AIRPODS!To Dr. Krishanu Ghosh, thanking you isn’t enough. Loads of love from us and our Gogol. God bless you!

I took my German Shepherd there and the groooming service was very poor. The grooming room was extremely unsanitary and muddy. There were cut nails and dirt all over the place.I paid for my dog’s ears to be cleaned and nails to be cut but none of it has been done accurately. Even during the bath, I had to help out I most parts which is not ideal with someone who has experience in dog grooming. He couldn’t handle my dog at all, keeping in mind that my dog is old, doesn’t bite and is extremely friendly

Our dog, Pepper ate his own bell.Doctor, Krishanu Ghosh was very helpful and did not panic. He suggested hydrogen peroxide as the first aid so that Pepper pukes his bell out. The doctor was there for our dog every step of the way and under his supervision Pepper puked his bell out and saved him from surgery.

This is the one stop shop for all my 3 kittens. The Doctor is really generous so are the Pet Sitters. Its a total comfort environment for you and your pets. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Recently my pet rabbit, honey had a problem where he was unable to raise his head and it always seemed to slag off to a side. Dr krishanu helped with his expertise and the medication was so perfect that this problem has now been resolved and its a great sight to see honey fit and the neck straight. I am a regular visitor to this place for my pet Lab. They have very good quality groomers along with a wide range of pet supplies.Dr. Krishanu Ghosh, the attending veterinarian over there is one of the most reliable doctors in the business. He is available for emergencies, attends most of the calls and responds promptly via message whenever there is any need. His treatment methodology is also quite good as he cured my Lab from a serious Urine Infection and Ear infection in successive years.The staffs are also pretty helpful and one does have the choice of registering an appointment via telephone over there, which is really a handy option as the place remains crowded most of the time for Doctor visit.It is really a beautiful option for pet lovers with wide varities of pet supplies, medicines, food etc and a very helpful.and efficient Doctor. I strongly recommend this place.

We have been visiting Dr. Krishanu Ghosh for last 4 years for consulting our pet Tobby (Samoyed). We have been really satisfied every time with his consultation and guidance and he has helped recover Tobby from allergies. And we have seen Tobby get nervous during vaccinations in other clinics but with this Dr he feels so comfortable which gives us immense pleasure. Also we visited the Vetassure clinic 1 st time today and it was really well maintained and hygienic. Also the staffs were very good and well trained to handle the pet services. There are many vet clinic in my town however the recent experience I had with vetassure pet clinic was really awesome, it was a one stop shop where you can get anything and everything for your pet .food, and accessories, medication. They have very helpful and knowledgeable stuffs who will guide you everything regarding your pet, I was really loosing my mind when my dog jojo was suffering from a skin desiese I visited many other clinics for his treatment but no one was able to cure him then I came to know about vetassure from one of my friend , once I visited there I found improvement in jojo just within a week, all thanks to Dr krishanu and his expertise, i never expected to see this improvement so quickly it was a miracle for me.
