For Dr. Sanjay Sarkar: We took our 4 months old puppy with a limb issue and was diagnosed the wrong way. All the medications led to deterioration of her condition. He is not recommended at all. The person claiming to be the Dr. didnt even bothered to receive our calls to listen to the problems and queries.We have no issues with the store though

One of the very few places for pets in the area but service at this place has quality, the doctor is really good and so are the other staffs. The place is easily accessible through public transports and stays open till 11pm which is a plus.

Staffs are polite and respectful. Doctor carefully studies the condition of the patient. Specially mentioned Polu Da, who is very friendly,helpful and he saved my dogs life.

The store doesnt have an online payment facility which is a biggest drawback in todays world. Sometimes medicines, prescribed by the chambers doctor, are also not available here. Not have much variety in Pet accessories. Though the doctor attending pets here is good.

Doctor Subash Sarkar is a good veterinarian. I took my pet over there for checkup and Im satisfied with his treatment. Its a good pet shop also.

The owner of the store was cranky and insolent, who did not let her staff explain the things we wanted to understand or even let them show the kind of dog collar we were asking for. We wanted to know if the collar they were giving us would be safe enough for our dog. Hearing this, the owner got up from the cash counter and started scolding her staff without showing a regard for us. She was telling them that they did not need to sell their products if the customers did not like them.The woman was too arrogant to understand that it was not her product that we disliked but we were only anxious to know how effective and safe it would be. We were stunned by her behaviour and left without buying anything.
