The doctor is very good at his job, and his assistants are also extremely helpful. one of the gentlemen offered to get the prescribed medicines for me as i was not able to find them. also very affordable.

The vet is very much affordable, Dr. U. Saha is also very good at his job.

Very Nice environment, they are well equipped with staff and medicines. Follow ups and routine home check ups of your pet is a routine they follow. Palash da is a very experienced and helpful person.So is Dr Saji!I take my Pet to this place.

I dont have much language to describe Dr. K.K.SENGUPTA, only one word is enough for him that is he is GOD for us...Weve a pet named LUKSH who is 4 years old.. He was suffering some critical disease few days back.. We had not expected well get him back but we kept trying... After meeting him and his magical team luksh was healed within 7 days... They arranged saline, injection and also blood test for my pet. Today is 10th day and now my luksh is absouletly fine and back to the normal life. Thank you Dr. K.K. SENGUPTA, BISWAJIT UNCLE, PALASH UNCLE AND UNNAMED DADA...Thank you so much!!In my opinion it is a good & safe place for treatment of ailing pets....

I went there with my 1 year old Spitz for a regular check up. The staff behaviour is really good. The doctor was resourceful and answered all our queries. We had an issue the next day and had called up the clinic for an advice and they readily helped.

A late but highly positive reply.I visited the clinic on multiple occasions and each time found the doc to be impressive.His genuine love for animals and birds is reflected in his handling of them. He promptly responds to phone calls during odd hours and helps you out as much as possible over the phone.He is highly knowledgable as well and will clearly explain to you the cause of the anomaly.The economical cost is an icing on the cake.Glad to have found such a place near my home for my bird.Thank you doc.

With reference to the reply given to the earlier posted review ,please dont make false allegations to cover up for your rude behavior as I was not using my phone, instead was trying to explain the complications regarding my dogs food habits and without even listening properly you advised us to administer an injection(3 dose) which really surprised me as I felt even for a simple issue like the one mentioned, giving an injection that too three doses was something unheard of, hence I inquired about the injection to which u replied that this is not a medical school. I think any concerned owner will want to know what injection is being administered.Anyway thanks for your prompt reply and concern which is highly appreciated.

An amazing clinic. I have a desi dog and I finally found a vet in Kolkata who did not discriminate because of her breed. He told me dogs are simply dogs.Will go to only this clinic from now.

Dr. Sengupta has been like a blessing to me as I rescue injured birds and before finding him,I was absolutely on my own. His immense help, patience, kindness and treatment has given me more courage to help animals.He and his staff are so gentle with birds....I thank Dr.Sengupta and his entire team.

Sir is really helpful and is very experienced.I was so touched to see how he treated the pets with so much care .Not only he listens patiently to what all we have to say but he also helps in the times of despair needs on phone as well .He helped me a lot with my cockatiel .:) :)And by the way this place is way more economical than any other pet clinics . Only Rs.200 ! !

Dr. Sengupta was very helpful when I took my cockatiel to him to get her eye checked.He prescribed medicines and also have tips and directions on how to follow them.He was also available whenever I called as well as on WhatsApp and puts the pet owners mind at ease.I hope my bird will recover soon under his experienced supervision.

Dr SENGUPTA was forced to leave MEDICURE PET CLINIC as he was in difference with the owners of the Clinic for unnecessarily referring the patients for pathological tests to the centers of his choice which are far off and below par.The patient parties also complained at different times, due to the inept handling of their PETS and the discomfort their PETS faced while visiting these facilities . Without having ethics he declared his new attachment in other organisations WEBSITE.He had done this type of thing in the past and even expressed his regret , which can be documented at any point of time. As one of owners we assure the best treatment and care for our valued customers furry friends.We have made far better arrangements after this bitter experience with Dr SENGUPTA. We sincerely apologise to our esteemed customers who had suffered due to our lack of judgement in regards with choice of our head consultant .

Doctors treatment revolves only around money like giving injection for any minor reason without even explaining the requirement. In addition to this when asked for clarification doc gets irritated and acts rudely.I had visited him after reading his positive reviews but do think twice as this is a personal experience cz his behavior ruined my Sunday morning mood.

The doctor is really very helpful , patient and well experienced . I contacted sir more than 3 times through online and each time I receive a positive response . He helped a lot with my two cockatiels .One of my cockatiel was paralysed and is now improving because of him .Although it was an online treatment but it gave a fruitful result .Thank you sir 😊
