Got my own first ever lab frm MAD ABOUT DOGS..... one of my best decision of getting a pet frm this place. We had no idea of how to check the quality of dogs bt got super healthy, active, naughty and the most playfull dog of my life.

Great service. They groomed my baby beautifully and the doctor is also very good. Had ordered birthday cake for my pet s first birthday and she loved it. Enjoyed a lot.

Heard about this place from my friend. I was taking my pup somewhere else earlier. Pooja, the owner, is such a wonderful lady. She is so loving to the munchkins and the parents. The grooming we got done for my baby boy made him look so fluffy and he looked happy. That was the most important criteria for us. Now we got ourselves the maintenance pack and it’s affordable too. She has a good collection of food and treats and is very easy to communicate with. When we needed a doctor urgently once, she helped us when his regular doctor was just not contactable. So happy to have such a setup and this kind of service so close to us.

They are really good at what they do and anyone who loves dogs should definitely visit their store. The owners of the store are very friendly and have helped me know a lot more about dogs and how to treat them. I got to know so much about how to feed stray dogs and what sort of food is right for them through the owners. Me and the dogs that we feed are really lucky to have a store like Mad About Dogs which helps us provide nutritious food to those furry babies at very reasonable rates. The dogs havent met the store owners yet but if they do they will definitely be thanking them and wagging their tales in delight. Thank you Mad About Dogs for making their lives so much better.

I got my Husky boy Milo from MAD and I must say they just don’t sell dogs… I bought my boy when he was 2 months old, the owner used to take update from me everyday till 1 month about his health. Whenever I go to there shop they suggest me products that are good for him but never force me to buy them, what I have experienced with other shops. I will definitely refer my friends and family who have pets at home

Very happy after the pampering spa session my dogs got at mad about dogs coming out all soft and shiny. They took time with my terrior whose spooked by the smallest thing and really treated both my dogs as kings! The bandana on my beagle and clip tied hair on the terrior was the cherry on top. Thank you mad about dogs for such great service. My dogs and I will be a definite regular. More than moneys worth!

Very sweet people and genuinely care for pets. We had a great experience with our pup. We rescued our pup after a road accident, they were very kind and helpful. They even did not accept payment for administrating injections. The staff is also very friendly and compassionate. Would highly recommend this store for all your pet needs.

MAD ABOUT DOGS is a one stop shop where I can shop for everything for my 5 years old lab.... They have almost all the varieties of food, toys, beds, accesories etc for my furry baby. Even they have a dr. so I dont have to go anywhere else to show a vet. And their Spa area is squeaky clean and hygienic with all kinds of cleaning aids for my furry baby.... Superb place 👍🏻

I came here for the first time to purchase food and accessories for my baccha and came to know about the grooming offer. I must say the services they provide as per the rate was just awesome. They took time to groom my baby but the wait was totally worth it. His coat was shining and soft. Will surely come here for next grooming. I have been taking my baby Laddu, to this place for close to two years now. Extremely professional people. And i can trust my baby is safe. People like me who need to bathe their baby every week, this is an ideal place.Cost effective, to the extent that i feel they should charge more.Recently they updated their infrastructure, so as to serve us better. I am Mad about dogs, and i take my baby for his regular grooming to this place.

I was really worried about getting my boy groomed for the first time as I have never left my Mylo with strangers before – I had a free familiarisation meeting with a lovely & professional lady (Pooja) she really put our minds at ease – they went in for their groom today and came out smelling and looking beautiful – the whole spa looks great and is really clean – what I really loved was when my boy came out into the reception area he was wearing little cute bow – it was a really cute touch – I will be coming back and recommending you to all our friends & family.

We got a Beagle puppy from Ms Pooja and after some initial issues with the puppys health we are thankful to Ms Pooja to give us a pure breed Beagle. Actually we have realized getting a pure breed pet dog is just 40% bringing up and taking care of your pet properly just like your family member is the balance 60% effort. Very happy with quality and purity of our Beagle puppy who is now 8 months plus.

I just love this place .. Pooja personally tookcare of my needs . My mastiff is not easy to handle but the groomer was able to manage him so nicely .. he loved the spa session and my baby slept while they where doing the massage for him that was worth the amount ..they use top class shampoo. I could see instant shine on his coat. over all top class experience with such minimal cost ....

Meet Bella my 4 month old lab. As this is our first pet we asked Pooja di to select our 1st puppy for us and this is one of the best decisions we ever made. As, Pooja Di not only helped us to get this beautiful, playful, healthy, quick leaner and very social baby girl. But also taught us and helped us with the parenting of our baby girl including diet chart, things to be taken care off when you are having a young puppy, reminding us about her deworming and vaccinations ,replying and attending all my calls whether its early in the morning or late at night (she always replied.).She always keeps in touch to ask about the puppy health and growth even after months. I would highly recommend this place. As their service is highly professional and they really help you and your puppy to have a loving and healthy bond.

I am an old client of mad about dogs. its been more then a year I am going to this store for my 2 year lasa. The groomer is very nice. He knows how to make my baby look handsome, after every grooming my baby looks different and I just love that.I must say pooja is very dedicated person. she is available on calls even at night. I needed an urgent medicine for my baby during lockdown and she came back to store at 11pm just to help me with the medicine. I cannot trust any1 else except her for my baby. since I have a travelling job, pooja personally keeps a track of my babies vaccination, food requirements etc ..All the best pooja. ,😘

They don’t have good doctors . He has a business mind and unnecessarily prescribed so many medicine. My new one day pet got sick and in the very second day I went to meet the doctor again and then he again wrote 6 more medicine to me and again charged me his fee. Everywhere within 7days of ur visit to any doctor consultation is free but this doctor was so unique . After my complaint I got the refund from the owner and decided not to go to this place . Can’t trust the doctors who are so money minded and pushy to sell products and doing business .Think before going to this place . Not recommended.Shocked to see your reply below . How can u write so much lie in one go. Pet is a pet and like a family member . From anywhere it’s not an issue. My pet got sick only after taking deworming prescribed by your doctor. I whatssapp u for the same and u said to wait for 2 days. When he didn’t recover I asked doctor to come. U r charging that’s not an issue . But I mention no body charge in visit within a day. That’s why I mention u guys are money minded . U r opening this not to cure the pets . Just use our money to run ur place . Your reply to a unsatisfactory client is more pathetic and showing how rude your people are . U r keep changing ur review also . First time I saw u were polite and again u changed ur reviews after sometime .

Where do I start they are really Mad About Dogs...I walked in the store enquiring for grooming of my Shih Tzu. The person in counter explained me the different packages and helped me choose the one appropriate. The pricing they offered was quite acceptable when compared to other grooming center. I was wondering what shampoo they would use I witnessed they are using premium brand. The groomed had enough patience to work with small breeds, handle with care. I ended up spending my Sunday taking my other two pets a GSD and Mastiff. They have good accessories, food, medicine for dogs, cats, birds, fish...its a complete pet store. Overall my experience was excellent!!!

The way i shop for my pets is: i enter the shop.. i see how courteous the owner and the staff is, i look at the variety available, i pickup what i like, i see the price, i take it if the price feels right or reasonable, pay i come out.. i dont like spending too much time inside.. i am in and out within 15-39 min depending upon the store. Full marks for each of the points i mentioned.. courteous owner 10/10.. REASONABLE PRICE 10/10. a bit more variety would just make this shop, THE GO TO shop for pet owners.. seeing the prices here i was mad on myself for spending so much at animal planet till now. Do check this shop out once if you are a pet parent..

Great owner and very nice behaviour but Id gotten my shihtzus first groom done here and the groomer is not trained at all. My poor babys fur also got rough and uneven because even the shave down was done badly. wish they got a better groomer since the place is so good otherwise

They will personally guide or help you about any problems or queries related to your puppies. I got my new mate i.e my beagle baaghaa from them. I want to give more stars but Ive a limit of only 5 stars. Ill suggest everyone that if you are MAD then go to MAD.

Almost all my pet supplies come from here, they sell at reasonable prices and they have most things available, I rarely have to turn to other stores.The people working here are polite, veey friendly and efficient. They are good at what they do and honestly I couldnt ask for anything more.

I am a regular client of mad about dogs for my dogs and fishes .. Must say they never disappointed me when it comes to groom my lasa . The grommer is really good at his work. I can blindly leave my baby there for gromin without hesitation.. She is highly pampered . Onwer alws give her free treats 😁 . Pooja is just a call away for any help related to my baby and fishes which I had purchased from ther. Shop. She alws suggest me about compatablity of fish so that my fishes dont fight and die. They have even replaced a parrot fish which die week later. Must visit shop for dogs and fishes 🙂🙂

I buy one fish tank cost 7500...n also I buy 12 fishes.... They gave all sick fishes... Some of them die in 1 day...i asked the owner to exchange all the sick fishes... They refused and their behavior completely changed.. They talked rudely... They said if u dont want those sick fishes and throw out in the drains.....when u will going to buy anything they treat u like customer is God.. And after taking money when u talk about anything about their service they will treat u very rudely....

I will not recommend this shop for grooming puppiesUnhygienic grooming area, they do not even have wet and dry towels for puppies after bath!!The groomer is also not trainedHe doesnt know how to groom a lhasa apsoHe did not cut any fur from the body but had cut all the fur from my dogs face and made a horrible lookThis was my pups first grooming but I was shocked after seeing my pups face after grooming!!
