I called the store just now and someone spoke so rudely with me.. I just wanted to ask if they have the medicines so that I can come and collect.. but he said and I quote time nai hai mere pas.. store mein aa k pata kijiye. So rude!

Awesome Dr as he is very polite old manAnd the shop is one of the oldest veterans medical in the area I love this visit but yes the shop is now covered in front with the corcade tin boundary so the medical plus clinic is not visible from the vip road.

One of the best shops I had ever seen for animal lovers and owners. The shop contains various materials for dogs and cats, including leashes, kennels, cat and dog food etc. It is a must go for animal lovers.There are lot more inside the shop, to know more visit the shop and explore the world of pets.

The doctor was amazing. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Utpal Karmakar in general.

Best pet store at north kolkata. I have 2 dogs and i purchase all medicine, food, toys and accessories from this store. Helpful and friendly staff, doctor on call is also availabe. They also have pathology laboratory and also provide home dog grooming/nail clipping/ vaccine shots facility. Would highly reccomend this store if you have pets of any kind.

Worst !! plz dont belive them. they r the worst pet shop of kolkata. they sold me puppy of only 4 weeks. nd lied about its age.the puppy from the very first day started vomiting nd it got diarrhea.care nd cure are liers .bloody money suckers.if u will go to them u will get fake nd poor quality puppy at a high price.. and ur money will be wasted.

I had to go there after my work but then I got super late but still they waited for me and helped me with my problems ,very good service
