It is a wonderful working place for scientists. The institute have lot of talented people. The faculties are very talented and doing very good research. The research students are also very hard working and contributing a lot to the upliftment of the institute.

It is one of the oldest agricultural institute in Indias history. Being named as the University of Calcutta, its name has gained fame all over the india and world. The education system is very good and the campus infrastructurte is very beautiful. There is very nice hostel arrangement for students from outside to read. Im proud to be students of Institute of Agricultural Science, University of Calcutta.

We were given accommodation in this campus for our chess tour .Rooms are nice with A C .GOOD STAFF
