Avoid this transporter as Extremely rude staff, when i called up to ask for their gst no on 26-3-21 evening at their landline no 22354461 the hindi speaking staff rudely told me to come and get the no , saying phone me nahi batayenge, we sent the goods by alternate transport to Durgapur

Worst transport agency. No service whatsoever. Lethargic management who come in after 12 noon to work and leave before 4 pm.Tried this transport twice and they took over a week to deliver my material from Kolkata to Durgapur.When asked for updates, every time they promised that material would be delivered the next day. But nothing happened.
