He is the most fraud agent ever possible. He is a cheat. NEVER NEVER go to him. We had the worst experience ever and it was out worst mistake to take the services from Mr Debkumar Dutta. Please make a note of the name. We went to Arunachal Pradesh. Our entire tour was marred by this fraud person. He doesnt have any contacts whatsoever. He has very poor coordination. On top of that he will threaten that he will cancel the flight tickets etc , he has so much audacity. Dont pay even ₹1 to him. Whatever you pay consider it gone.I would give him less than ZERO ratings.
