It was a great experience with Tour De. All the hotels booked were clean and good. The coordinator and drivers were polite and friendly. They showed and allowed us to explore different beautiful places. I just loved the trip. I felt like I was in a fantasy world.Our plan was to cover Sikkim1. From Bagdhora to Gangtok, they took in car. On the way river rafting in theestha river2. Gangtok shopping nd roaming the city was awesome3. Namchi trip, snow mountains, frozen tsmogo lake, cable car, yoke ride was really fun4. Gangtok to Pelling car ride was awesome. It started drizzling and the ride waa smooth. On the way we visited few temples and buddha statue and monarchy.5. In Pelling, they took to various beautiful places. Lake, temple, zoo, view point, city view from rope car, level park, rope car garden, Padmasambhava statue, skywalk, walk through woods, Sikkim old capital and palace6. Travel back to Bagdora airport from Pelling in car.Most importantly, we planned to go to Lachan and Lachung on 3rd 4th days. But due to very low temperature we replanned to Pelling . Without any hesitation, Tour De accepted our change in plan and arranged hotels and plan for the days accordingly even in last minute. We are very thankful for the great trip. Thanks Tour De for making the most memorable trip in our lives.

He is so un professional that he left us he did not send cabs we were 8 people he ditched us at the last moment... Plus all of the things he mentioned he never took us to those places.. please so unprofessional dont book any package until u want your holidays to be runied

Worst customer experience

Definitely not suggested if you are going with your family.Just completed Bhutan trip with them and had to face lot of issues. Firstly, they didnt had any idea of the number of seats the vehicle provided would carry, one of my co-passengers had to constantly sit on the floor of the vehicle during the whole journey. Secondly, they did not confirm with hotel properties the status of the bookings. I met with constant surprises when we went to the hotels for example the bookings had extra beds, extra rooms, types of rooms (Deluxe/Super Deluxe etc.) but the hotels had no idea of such things. It was like calling the agent again and again for arranging such things. At one place they had booked rooms through OYO and when we contacted the hotel authorities to confirm the booking, they completely denied any such booking made. It was the biggest blunder any travel agent can make. They had to then book a different hotel.To be true, it was like managing each and everything in spite of booking through travel agent.When I raised these issues and said I would be deducting reasonable charges for the arrangement lapses, they completely withdrew their support. I had to personally arrange for other vehicles while still on the trip.No wonder why they are facing payment deduction issues (As informed by the tour agents).If you are travelling with a group or family, definitely a NO to travelling with Tour de World

We had wonderful experience with tour-de-world. They were prompt in arranging alternate property to stay which was costlier and better and that too with one phone call no questions asked.. Calling me twice or thrice per day to enquire if facing any difficulty. Excellent car and driver. They deserve the kudos. All the best. Hence if I travel again it will be with Tour de world only

We went for a trip to Gangtok and pelling. The trip planning is very good and the hotels booked for us is very good and affordable. Looking forward for multiple trips. We had health issues and tour de changed our plan from lachen to pelling . Thanks team for taking our calls at mid nights and doing help. Thanks team for your full support.

I booked Bangalore ooty coorg trip and very poor experience .They shown other hotels and at time of trip they give us very poor hotels . Booking not confirmed by their side in hotels. Cab is Good but other things not proper. Very disappointed with this agency service. My whole trip is waste and time passed with discussing on bookings. Very bad experience and not go with him

I like to share my view as I recently done a vacation through Tour de world to sikkim & darjelling (last week Jan 2020)...Co-ordination was very poor.... Driver were not aware about the itenary given by route master or Co-ordinator...driver simply deny to go to place which were in our itenary & approved by TDW & Co-ordinator.... Each & every time we have to escalate the matter to route master (Anup) & tour Co-ordinator (Waqar Arif).. Once matter is escalated they will make necessary arrangements but till that time you have lost energy & time to visit the place...we have to give-up on our 2 spots due to poor co-ordination..Whole time spending us argument with driver and tour co ordination. Because of Natural disaster Land sliding destroyed Rim rock Garden last 2 years ago and still was given in the iternary .Hotels were selected by us but still they will not suggest anything on hotel...2 hotels were not having proper parking space due to which our luggage has to transfer to Vehicle through another mode.. at Gangtok our driver simply deny to come to hotel as his vehicle was of West Bengal & cant parked in Sikkim where our hotel was.. we made alternate arrangements & deducted the money from them...Overall experience was Bad. we have to Co-ordinate all site-seeing realted things in order to get it done..

Totally become irresponsible once they get order and advance money. I strongly recommend not to select this agency.i had very bad experience with agency.Totally awful.I will not give any single Star.The responsible person are not taking your phone when you are in trouble.Actually they are cheap and cheater.Not reliable and not trustable.The name of person is waquar to whom I interacted and made contract.Please take all the details while dealing with this person and agency.

If u want to enjoy a trip with the best facilities at the cheapest deal then this is what you are looking for.we ,4 friends had planned a southern India trip which included Bangalore, kodaikanal, ooty, Kabini, coorg ,Mysore and back to Bangalore.The car provided was extremely comfortable and the driver was amazing. I cant thank God enuff for this guy who made this trip so horribly good!The hotels provided were good and had all the facilities which one needed.The trip was absolutely smooth with no sort of confusion. Yeah we missed certain spots as we had planned to see so many of them .Whenever there was certain confusion Mr. Waqar was just a call away who helped and sorted everything.We made some amazing memories and we are planning much more tours in future with Tour De World!

Very good service provided by Tour De World and waqar.Prompt service and support to all kinds of queries prior to booking and even after that.We travelled to gangtok, lachen and lachung in the month of August 2019. Due to weather conditions our plan to lachen was to be cancelled while we were on the trip and Mr.Waqar provided us support to change the itenary without any fuss.Last moment / the night before the weather cleared, we got special permit from tourism authority to travel to lachen and we again requested Waqar to change our itenary which he agreed.We were provided with complete support by Tour De World even during the journey, and their hotel recommendations were always on point. We got the best hotels, car and sightseeing arranged for us at the best price.People usually complain about the drivers in this region but we got the best drivers as well who were very helpful,safe and kind and locals who knew the area well.Will surely travel with the help of Tour De World again as it helped my group focus on enjoying the holiday , while all the last second itenary changes made by us due to weather etc and related issues were handled by their team.
