Worst bus experience from Siliguri to Kolkata. 2/2 seater AC bus is just like hell travel.Suggest to avoid this bus for travel.

I have experienced a worst bus travel ever. They provide cheap quality bus in respect of price they charged. Zero professional value. They even charge extra charge if Bus cannot run in the mid of journey.

They did not deserves the single star also. You better journey generel class in train. But dont book this bus. If luxury class passengers are think that they book ticket with higher payment for good quality bus then forget it. This bus operator is unprofessional with cheating business policy.They cannot solve passengers problem during journey.

Seat Quality is Very Bad. No Charging Facilities in the back seat. Although the ticket fare is same for all Seats. Bus delay from the very start, it was 1nd Half Hours Late from the start, Without any prior notice or ainformation. Bus driver didnt pick my phone although I called the. Around 20/25 times. having a horrible Journey after paying more than 1800rs ..

The Shyamoli Paribahan bus experience is horrendous. The bus conductor did not ever provide ticket receipt. Upon asking, they just escaped saying they cant provide with ticket neither seat. Also there is no complaints or helpline number to contact the officials.

Shymoli Yatri paribahan is fraud bus company. Today on 9th Oct, 2021. My relative is travelling in this bus. They charge apprx 1900 for luxury bus by online & originally provide 600-700 category bus. I am really shocked to know the bus quality. How this unprofessional cheap busineesmen run their business. Immidiately suspend their registration. They display Volvo class bus photo but originally provide 3rd class quality bus. You think you can fool online bus ticket holder.This online customer will ruin your businees. Some of the good reviews are meant for Shyamoli Paribahan Ltd but have mistakenly written for Shyamoli Yatri Paribahan.Worst Bus quality, every time intentionally they are 15-20 mins late in their departure (2nd time travelingl). Until and unless you dont get an option for your specific time departure or in case of exegency do not opt for this bus service.

Had a worst experience while traveling from Karunamayee to Durgapur. The bus was stopped in the middle and I was asked to board another bus as this one was having a few passengers. I was given rhe last seat and the condition of the bus was pathetic. I didnt book my tickets 7 days prior to my journey to have a seat in the last and experience back pain and jerking. Worst experience, condition of bus is worst. They have taken passenger like local bus. They have collected 1400 as premium fare due to Holi from Kolkata to Siliguri. But you can see the condition of bus.

Bus is not that of high class compared to double decker Greenline and NOT double decker but in the plus point, it is direct and saves a lot of time while travelling back or to Kolkata from or to Dhaka. From Kolkata ticket prices from RS:1400 and there is no required of travel tax when coming back to Dhaka as travel tax counts once when entering India. The bus is completely direct, doesn’t require to change bus when crossing boarder and bus get direct entry to the ferry as well. No waiting or serial line for this bus on ferry.

I have gained a bad experience with the Shyamoli Yatri Paribahan bus service during the time of my journey. It seemed to me that I was going with a local bus which picking up the local passengers just like the local bus. The bus no was WB 23D 6813. My ticket no was TPC472805804. I shall prescribe the passengers that one should not take a chance with Shyamoli yatri paribahan for long journey.

Shyamoli yatri paribahan service is one of the most third class they are not refunded their cancellation amount please do not book any ticket from shyamoli yatri paribahan.

Worst service. After booking last moment they called & say bus is not going due to lac of passengers.when i requested to arrange seat in another bus they arrange a seat after 6 hrs of previous departure time. Hectic service

Had a experience about return ticket refunding. Well I was lucky because of eid holiday returning to Bangladesh. Counter people got a chance to re-sale it at rush price. But they should have a easy, flexible and friendly ticket returning policy. It was very annoying if they say I have to return it in the same counter in Dhaka where I purchased while I am travelling to West Bengal. Very illogical - please update your policy and get better reputation with better customer service.

I booked shyamoli Yatri Paribahan bus for Asansol scheduled at 5:30 from Karunamoyee. My boarding point was Dankuni housing, the bus arrived dere at 6:40 pm, almost 25 min behind schedule. Neither did the bus operator provide us with water bottles, nor they stopped at the rest stop fixed at Lancha Luthi. It can be well presumed that many pssengers hv to use washroom during this almost 4 hrs long journey. Females nd children also use dis buses to travel. It becomes very strenuous for them to travel for so long without having water. Staff behaviour was also very rude nd they wr nt replying to our queries. It was an extremely bad experience with Shyamoli Yatri Paribahan bus. If there were zero rating, I wld surely given it to this bus operator.

Third Class Service , All staff are nonsense they dont have time manners, 3 to 4 hours journey the will take you 7 to 8 hours. So I request dont travel. And charges take extra .

Cost of ticket varies widely from 375 to 250 person to person for same journey. Started 20 min after scheduled time and arrive almost 40 min after scheduled arrival time. AC was not working properly. Staffs are very non-cooperative. Not cleanned also. Lots of Flies were there. Seat recliener handle were broken for most of the seats.

Earlier its bus services used to be good and best in its class.....but I now their services are not that great....nor are their buses...!!! Even their business class is very poor...!!! Very dissatisfied, disappointed...!!!

Moreover no update will be shared about delay or cancellation. All bus staffs are liar and unprofessional. I will strongly suggest to avoid this operator else you will never know whether you reach to your destination or not. I got a bitter experience from this operator and failed to reach my destination. Very bad service,when I was traveling one of the passenger lost his suitcase,they are so irresponsible,they have given his suitcase to someone else,and the driver named SUBHANKAR ROYs behaviour was very rude even he used slangs with a girl...this is the last time ,will never in my life travel again,not at all safe for ladies....

Amenities offered in website such as Snacks & Movie is not provided many of times, rather the journey takes more time as compared to earlier. If you are not able to deliver the amenities then please remove those, because have seen so many passengers specially older ones used to ask what happend to the snacks (as for the name sake you distribute biscuits earlier) and your your staff make a irresponsible reply sometimes as why dont you have a tiffin before boarding; or as keep snacks while you board; or as we will halt at Shaktigarh there you may have yours. Whilst, most of the times they do not used to provide disposable bags for the children, women, patients, old age persons, who suppose to vomit.

I have worst experience visiting with shyamoli paribahan. The staffs of this paribahan are corrupted. In the benapol border customs and BGB harrasses passenger and they are not helping properly. You should not travel with the paribahan.

Today I traveled by Bus for Karunamoyee to Durgapur leaving at12.29 p.m . The Bus runs good but the behavior of staff is not passenger friendly.No water Bottles was served at Bus.No Cinema/Entertainment video was provided during the Journey.

Worst experience ever, no management, no cleanliness, torn seats, untimely departure and late arrival everytime.We booked tickets for 2000 each, first we were told that the bus would be late by 2 hrs i.e at 9 pm, but at 7.30 we got a call that the bus is waiting for us and if we dont reach in 10 mins they will not take us on board. After we reached and boarded the bus there was a chaos with seats as they have changed the bus and thus the missmanagement with the seats. We were made to change the seats 3 times. Which is not what we want when we pay 2000 for a bus ticket.Pathetic is an under statement. This this for 2+1 seater kolkaKo to Siliguri.

I bought a ticket from balurghat to kolkata but when i went to cancel it they told me to come later and behaved rudely whereas the fellow at the counter had told me to come in the morning.they are frauds and tricksters and i dont think i will get my money back.

Yesterday I boarded bus having empty seats at Muchipara more Durgapur (originated from Durgapur City Centre to Kolkata at 2.10 pm).I paid Rs 410/- but got no ticket.On enquiry Iwas told very roughly Kolkata is far away and ticket will be issued before bus reaches there.On insistence they agreed but dillydallying continued.Only on 3rd reminder I got a ticket ( G 17055)- without name,seat number!(I occupied window seat in left side of last two-seater row -probably 44).Bad experience

They dont make good relation with customers. So no repeat purchase from them. They dont refund money in case of cancellation. So if you are thinking you may have chance to cancel your journey then Shyamoli is big NO for you.

Owner , staffs, driver all have hands befriended with thieves. Donot travel in this bus , When bus was waiting at a stop from bbsr to kolkata , someone stole phones , gold earrings, laptops of maximum passengers..Please avoid this travel , even police came but nothing was restored. i am sure the staffs new about the theives ...Will never recommend this bus . Hi There,I am a frequent traveler of Volvos all over India.today 27/04/2019 i was travelling from kol to asn,took the bus of 1950hrs(KOL-RNC) From Esplaned.first of all The most unprofessional and rude staff specially the fatty guy with glasses boarded from DGP.He dont know with whom he is talking.anyways.The first stop was @ ROY HOTEL. worst exp.no manner of hotel staff.cheap food..listen, money is not a problem for us.but the Hotel.plz remove this hotel its not gud for people.no hygine,nothing.its a DESI BAR.how a family can go there to have food where sarabis,mattaals are roaming all around.I will spread this message among all my friends who shifted kolkata recently from other cities.not to use Shyamoli.if you dont change.its better to come with train.

There are many services and counter of Shamoli Yatri Paribahan in Kolkata. But this Bus Service only for the international journey between Bangladesh and India. The bus quality is good but the behavior of the staff of this particular office is not good. I went this counter many times for receive and leave my relatives. I booked some tickets through online but when I show the tickets at counter they interchange the seats no. This was very bad. I also traveled by this Paribahan from Esplanade to Balurghat. That was not bad...

Pathetic experience I have ever had travelling by bus. First of all schedule departure time was 6.30 only to make passengers fool. Bus departed at 8 whereas the timing was 6.30 PM. Staffs are really rude by their behaviour towards the passengers. Bus Driver doesnt know how to speak to passengers even. I just asked the driver if I can go bathroom as the Bus was stopped to pull the passengers he literally started abusing and used slangs. Non of the staffs are cooperative with the passengers. I wish I never ever have to travel by this bus ever in my life and I recommend everyone not to even think of travelling by this Bus. I also wish all the luck to the owner of this Bus service.

On 14/11/2017 I board the bus from Assansol at11..am. no stoppage given for tea snacks. As there are 7/8/ ladies they ignore the basic humanitarian ground . We are no food gong to Kolkata. My bus no is 0505. Very rood as.behaviour of the staff. As if they obliged us by giving seat. Please check this attitudes other wise in moth publicity and I going to post social media also. They have trip everyday from early morning to noon.Their transport bus is good, service quite satisfactory. You can also exchange money from here.Happy journey

I had a worst experience of Travel with Shyamali Yatri Paribahan. I was looking for train tickets in the month of December but due to heavy rush In had to opt for bus service from Kolkata to Siliguri.I have been informed that this bus will have bio degradable toilet, hence they are charging 2000/+ bucks for a single ticket. I have communicated with the Head office at Saltlake Karunamoyee Bus terminus and also via phone to confirm the same about the price of ticket is 2000/+ due to they are promising of a toilet. They also affirmed me numerous times before the journey.Now on the day of travel the bus timing has been changed And i was informed in the evening 4: 00 PM that the travel start time has been pre-poned by a hour and a half. We have managed to reach the bus terminus by 6: 30 PM. They were planning to start by 7: 15 PM. After a long wait the bus reached the terminus at 8: 45 PM. Now when I enquired again about the toilet as per the promise. They said toilet is not for use its flush is not working. Actually this flush never works. I have proactively asked to open the door of the toilet and show are the saying correct or not. I found it was intentionally closed and never maintained. Usage is not permitted because they have to clean it every day. Still they are showing it and earning extra of 600-700/- rupees for a single ticket.Now the actual show begins after we reached burdhaman at around 12: 30 AM night. The bus was terribly slowed down. Later at mid night it got stopped by 3: 00 am. Over a curiosity I get down from the bus and found the Coolant hose pipe is leaked and there is no alternative to it. The driver denied to drive further. Myself and few could passengers tried helping them. We have seeked a truck driver to give some alternative solution over there. Still there was nothing positive solution and the driver said we have to wait for next bus to be send by Shyamali Head office when we are almost 6-7 hrs away from Kolkata. None of the bus owner or the authority pick up the phones from the drivers. We were left with no option than ride the bus. We have asked the driver to ride it otherwise we will have to take some other action either beat them or burn the bus to ashes. Since it was a huge chaos seeing that one of the driver said we can do one thing we will have to drive for 15 min and again stop the bus by the road side to put water in the coolant tank and again ride for next 15mins. Since the tank is getting emptied in no time. We had to bear this pain till the next day morning 7: 30 am and then stopped finally in a petrol pump to find a mechanic of our own and then repair the hose pipe.I had my 8 family members with 3 senior citizens we had to bear it and wait till the night 8: 30 PM means it took 24hrs to reach shiliguri. My next day plans and arrangements were cancelled and I had to bear the loss.

The staff behave as if they are doing us a favour by letting us ride.early morning bus and some random person other than the attendent and bus driver gets on the bus and sells the attendents seat. then he keeps chatting about how they should charge more for the seats which were not sold.when asked to speak softly, they just didnt care. The driver was so distracted, almost hit a truck.This was the case of 5:55am bus from asansol to karunamoyee.everyone should avoid this bus.pathetic service, dirty bus, pathetic staff.
