I took their service last year. Went to Mumbai-Goa with them and I must say they have fabulous service. The hotel, food and the behavior of Staff is incredibly good.

I went to Kailash manas sarovar with Shakti Travels in 2011. It was a pleasant experience. Our Manager was Mr. Dipak Saha. He is very efficient. I even did Kailash Kora, i.e Kailash Parikrama with others. Though all the group members couldnt do the Parikrama and stayed back in Darchen, some of us successfully did it. Those who coludnt go for Parikrama could enjoy different views of Kailash by staying back in Darchen for 2 days, which we missed for participating in the parikrama. But it was really a life time experience to visit Manas Sarovar and Mount Kailash. Thanks to Shakti Travels for encouraging me and guiding me. If anybody wants to go for Manasaroverwith Kailash parikrama ,he or she never go with this number 1 cheating company, they usually and always return back from from Manasarover even not going to to jomder. We have our experience with this cheating company.-fraud company .Moreover they always hand over the customer to a another cheating company of Nepal, Kathmandu.That fraud company of Kathmandu is Richa travels.If anybody finds the history of Richa traces of Kathmandu ,he or she find that this company never conduct Kailash parikrama .All kaiash tour operators company in kolkata are not operating Kailash parikrama, including Kundu thirtha travel company, that also a very big international cheating company, also Chalojai travels ,they hand over the customer to Samrat travels of Kathmandu, that also return back .,not performing Kailash parikrama. Best suggestions to all to book Kailash tour operators of Kathmandu.And shakti travel company cheating all priligrimies since many long time .Last year also they returned back from Manasarover not performing kailash parikrama,their main moto is to devide the customer by grouping, and their cheating activity will be hasened.So requesting to all never book with this company ,and if at all already booked ,cancel and ask for return back the money.It is also a international cheating and fraud company.

Shakti Travels is a trusted tour operator in Kolkata. We have travelled with them several times including Kashmir, Kerala, Devi Darshan, Arunachal, Tripura. As a senior citizen, I am very very satisfied with their service, management, especially the tour managers are very well behaved, knowledgeable and responsible. I will give 5 stars to Shakti Travels. Their owner Prokash babu is a very gentleman and a man of word. Office In Charge Arindam is a very co operative and helpful. But it is very shocking to see some reviews in google where some people have used abusive languages against Shakti Travels. How could they allege a gentleman like Prokash babu with such languages!! They must be filthy by mind. Any way I wish every one in Shakti Travels best of luck. Move forward with your good service and dont pay any heed to these kind of comments of some negative minded bad eggs.

It is a great cheating company. Persons should not book this fraud company. The owner -Mr Praks do not behave properly with customers, as he always drunkenness ,and a great fraud person and company.The manager Mr Arindam Mukherjee is a international lier cum cheater cum fraud person.If anybody wants to throw money can book with this company.I am telling this cheating company main income is to cheat customers and earns money.Govt. This travel agency is totally cheater they took full amount one month before Rs 53000 but did not return after cancellation.

We r on Kerala trip right now from 20th Dec. We r just suffering. Not at all good management. Very bad hotels and rooms they r providing. Evening tiffin r worst. No time management. God knows what we r going to suffer in our remaining days.

Rating 1 is given because their is no negative rating...else would have given negative rating...Worst traveller ever...we had been on a trip from kolkata to bhutan...cheap food...not proper hotel...have to ask for better hotel....so called managers in the trip are useless...without any mangerial skills....for anything told to them....the answer is we dont know anything....ask kolkata office....even the return ticket details was infirmed when we reached the station....no ac tickets were booked....if we were told the situation we would have mangaed ourselves....main points of sight seeing were skipped....wonder how a travelling company can do such a worst business....such a harrasement on this trip.....all because of shakti travels...wastage of money if this traveller is choosed for your vacation....better stay at home....Realllllyyy worst and cheap travller.

Worst experience so far......inefficient tour manager.......did not have a correct idea about the opening & closing timings of travel spots....mismanagement at the exreme level....insufficient time provided at the tourist spots.....food quality not up to the mark

Most worst travel agency in Kolkata. We went Bhutan with Shakti Travels(Kolkata). We had very bad experience with them. Supply worst quality of food, the vehicle they had arranged that is very inferior quality, not at all up to mark. Hotel they selected for staying at Bhutan, which was also very bad. Management was dishonest, even commitment less. We faced serious problem in Thimbu. When we tried to contact their Kolkata office with Mr. ARINDAM MUKHERJEE , unfortunately no one lifted the phone. While booking they gave lot of promises to tourist but truly speaking all promises become false. Our tour manager was Souvik Dutta, he does not have an experience, how to deal tour and he is most arrogant person. Shakti Travels is not recommended for any tourist for any tour program. Our overall experience was too bad with Shakti Travels.
