Good travel agency. Rana rakshit is a very nice person. All managers are more or less very good and responsible. I travelled many times with Rakshit Special with my family. Old and trustable one.

They gave a mattress on the floor as a substitute for bed citing a reason that bed is not available though they took full charges for single and double bedded rooms.. pathetic service..

Went to Arunachal Pradesh tour with them.1) Tour Manager was totally clueless and having no knowledge of the sightseeing spots. He called Sela Lake as Madhuri Lake (when Sela Lake is before Tawang and Madhuri Lake is after Tawang).2) Food was just horrible, the worst food ever in my life. In Tawang the first night they gave us two spoons of Khichuri only, yes only two spoons without further helpings, with no additional fry or anything else. The quality of rice was very bad throughout.3) The hotel in Tawang was very bad, no geyser in the bathroom, the hotel could not even provide hot water in bucket. Horrible experience in the cold weather.4) The tempo traveller was very cramped, the persons sitting in the aisle seats were constantly falling off. Very bad travelling experience.Overall a very bad travel company. Please avoid Rakshit Special!!

They dont provide 3 beds for 3 persons in a room though they give fake promises of providing 3 beds..

While travelling with them dont even feel any time that we are traveling with unknown tourists. They make all like one family. They dont charge high. Prices are within the affordable limit. Visited Rajasthan in 2018. Decent budget hotels. The tour manager Mr. Naresh Kundu is perhaps the best person to guide you in Rajasthan since he has years of experience in conducting Rajasthan trip. Food was good with two grand feasts one in Mount Abu and the other in Jaipur on the last day. The best part of the trip was one night accommodation in Sam Oasis camp right in the heart of That desert. If you want luxurious experience then dont go from Rakshit Special but if u r a budget traveller then Rakshit wont disappoint you.

One of the WORST tour operators in Kolkata. There are various reasons to justify the above sentence. Firstly, THE ROOMS THAT THEY PROVIDE IN HOTELS ARE DISASTROUS. They are SO SMALL that neither luggage nor a person of three can accommodate in it. ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT A FAMILY OF THREE PERSONS SHOULD NOT GO THROUGH THIS TOUR OTHERWISE ONE OF THE PERSON FROM THE FAMILY WILL HAVE TO SPEND THE ENTIRE TOUR SLEEPING ON MATTRESS ON GROUND. They dont provide any rooms which has an extra cot for a three membered family. If we address any issue to the manager, he doesnt pay attention or show care. The only attitude he has is let-go.Secondly, they CHARGE EXTRA MONEY for any sought out of passes or entry tickets. They even charge for car parking. The managers in this type dont spend a single penny from their pockets for this kind of things.Thirdly, the FOOD QUALITY is extremely UNHEALTHY. I say this because everytime they serve us food, that food would definitely contain high amount of oil or extremely spicy. And whenever they serve evening snacks, its always a deep fried food and they dont cook a varied range of food or snacks.I experienced the same when in travelled with them in Rajasthan.Hence, i highly recommend everybody not to travel throught this agency.

WORST WORST WORST......I am on my trip with this third class tour company. I am on Chitrakut, Araku, Hyderabad tour for 10 days which was started on 04/10/2019. First of all i want to say that the tour Manager named Phani Babu is nothing but a joker simply like he has no solution and say with our major problems. The time management is very poor, we travellers are punctual enough, but they cant ready our lunch in proper time.. A total mess.. The car drivers are also not efficient.. They dont know the route.. We have to reach the hotel by showing the GPS. We cant visit even in the main spot of Araku Bora Cave due to their time management regarding lunch. The most worst situation we are facing now is the car has no rain cover for our luggage.. Our luggage get drenched in heavy rain.. And manager has nothing to do.. When we reach hotel in Vizag named The Jaipur Palace we opened our luggage..and all our dresses are wet and they dont take any action and became silent. Then I was helpless with my 1 year chil.. And i called the Owner Rana Babu, after hearing all the things he said that he has enough money, so we can end our trip here and he would refund our moneye. Just think.. He is so rude with me and with my elder sister over the phone.. When i asked the manager to refund our money in the basis of our till now expenditure, he said he has nothing to say.. How can we manage i just cant think.. Guys.. I request you to all.. DONT GO WITH THIS TRAVEL COMPANY.

Reporting live. One of the most illmanaged and pathetic tours. Bus is like a match box of steel, non ac. No two person can sit comfortably side by side. The bus broke down en route to Phata. No minimum basic facilities were offered like wash room or water. Passengers are asked to stay in open field for long 10 hours. Even no drinking waters are supplied with meal all through the tour. The meals provided are one of the lowest categories. Even the hotels did not have water sometimes. Forget about ac or room heater. Suggest all future passengers to avoid this sucking travels.

Good tour operator with fair price, food was good and our guide and manager maity da was very punctual.. but one thing i should tell that while it was raining our luggage got wet due to bad plastic cover.. please show more concern about this in future..

This tour guide sucks, such a cheap cheat they are.My parents went for the Andaman trip with this tour and they did not even have the basic amenities nor did they provide food per the deal.Rooms were so bad, no proper bed, bathrooms were sick and the travel was horrible.If you want a happy travel, dont even make any trip with them!They dont want to hear and compensate for the bad experience.

Andaman package tour from 7.2.18 to 13.2.18 is worst in management, breach of agreement in all respect. Out of 22 members none are happy for which a jointly 19 members represented for the mismanagement of all respect:- foods below quality, proposed hotels not provided. During load shedding no back up generator set, no emergency light, managed with candle light hours together. There is no representative or group leader with us. Mr Paul received us from port Blair and dumped to hotel Diamond city by drivers and no trace of him. In absence of communication with him contacted Kolkata office and after more than 2 hrs appeared. No tea no snacks. However after request to managers he is kind enough. to arrange something. At ANDAMAN we have to take care of our own luggage’s . In absence of group leader every time there is a chaos and mismanagement. Proposed sites not visited and left untouched like VIPER ISLAND, JALLY BUOY, AGRICULTURE FARM,, FOREST MUSEUM,, SEA MUSIUM etc. We have to depend on driver and hotel managers. Group tickets h/ o to a person without informing us for which we faced a lot of problems. There is nobody to pick up at HAVELOCK, finally hotel representative took us to hotel. At Havelock they forced us to visit RADHA NAGAR beach from 14hrs to 15.45 hrs when temp is too high and most of us can not enjoy, afternoon at hotel only. If Rakshit Special could not provide proper team manager they should suspend the ANDAMAN trip.

Last May 2018 We went Kinnaur-Kalpa-Manali tour with them. Hotels were comfortable and foods were nice. The Manager of the tour Mr Asit Maity is a good person and tried his level best to arrange comfort for us during the tour. Rakshit Special is one of the best budget tour operator in kolkata. We are very happy to travel with them. And it may please be noted that we are already travelled with them to Bombay -Goa-Ajanta-Elora tour in October 2013 and Rajasthan tour in 2016 also.

My 1st tour with Rakhit special (shimla )-Hotels rooms n tour is good ..bt food item specially mutton is limited only 3 or 4piece(small) Which everyone dissatisfied of this tourN last day manager dhononjoy(drunk) of rakhit special in the station behave badly with me....I M REALLY DISSASTIFIED WITH ALL THIS.I GAVE THIS 2 MAIN REASON

Reporting live 😡We are now moving from thiruvananthapurum(Tamil Nadu) to kanyakumari and the temperature outside is 30°C.. In our tour list it was highlighted and mentioned that we will ride on AC bus but now they are saying that,the very own AC bus of ours didnt got permission so now we have to travel on normal bus..Probably the worst experience with them and this will be the first and last time wd them..Moreover, the food quality was also very bad 3days ago in Allepy we were served Muri and chanachur (yeah!! We had booked a tour with Rakshit special on October 6( kamakhya Shillong and Kaziranga ).The tour was a total mess and the manager of our tour is worst. The room provided was slum like and the food served was worst just fit for cattles not for human consumption. The tour with Rakshit Special was a horrible experience for me and my family.I request all the readers please beware of Rakshit Special.

Buyer beware! This should be your first choice if you want to be treated like dirt! Hands down the worst travel experience ever for my family. Lack of transparency in the way they conduct business. Lots of hidden costs which they never tell you while you book with them. We had opted for Kedarnath and Badrinath tour from Rakshit Special. While booking we never knew that it was a helicopter only tour. Later, we did opt for helicopter tour but helicopter tickets could not be arranged by them. Since they only planned a single day, we could not go to Kedarnath. However, there were people who were given another day to do darshan and we were taken away towards Badrinath. We then took a 15 hours journey back to Haridwar only to find that the rooms were not booked in the hotel we were meant to stay at.Overall this tour was an absolute mess.The crew on ground has no local knowledge. Management non receptive, non attentive and non intuitive.Vegetarian food served were below par and not nutritionally balanced, that people would require for a trip as hard as this. Staff are not able to manage anything from helicopter tickets to train reservation. Not all people on tour are treated equally! Some get better treatment and others suffer!We could not do Kedarnath due to the incompetence of these people. Even our train reservation for return scheduled for tonight is not confirmed till now! Who knew this! People pay travel companies such as these to reduce the headache / hassle of arranging everything by themselves. This company induces headache.Personally, Id throw my money down the drain rather than giving it to them to arrange some pathetically arranged, Ill planned tour.Also, they dont listen to the complaints and tell you their own story. Very very disappointed.
