Totally fraud and cheater agency. Taken 3.83 lacs May19 and refused to give any service for Dubai. Finally we recovered all the money in jan20 after shared and posted all the experience in social media. Dont get trap into Subrata Das and his girlfriend Madhushree Bhattacharyas words. Wish both of them will behind the rods very soon.

They are total cheat.Mr. SUBRATA and Ms. Modusree of HOLIDAY EXPRESS TRAVEL hired vehicles from us in Dhaka for their guest but did not pay us the bill yet. It is more than 8 months.Requesting people to think twice before taking any service from them.

BE AWARE of this company as its a total fraud, We booked for 4 people for our Bali holidays. Nobody came to pick us from the airport and great trouble started from the first day.We planned a five day trip as per the Itinerary which included airfare, hotel, transportation (local site seeing and airport). On the second day they took us to only local markets and on the third day they did not even provide us the car and when we contacted the owner Mr. Subroto Das, he told us plan the whole trip ourselves and that he would refund the money. We left clueless in an unknown country.Now 4 months have passed away the owner does not respond to my calls/whatsap and havent even refunded the money!O. P. SINGH
