I have given them call several times but No One went to pick up the phone. They dont know the basic amenity. How would you trust them? Which address they have given on website I have doubt anywise they have an office over there or not.

Not recommended!We planned trip to Sikkim for 6 days and our reason for tour package was because we wanted a hassle free journey as it requires a lot of permits to be arranged before reaching any point in sikkim. But none of the prrmit cost was included in the package and we had to bear the cost over and above the package prize. Moreover the drivers arranged were not paid well and so they were annoyed and didnt take us to places which were actually included in the package.All in all we did what we could have done the best. I now regret that I arranged my trip with you. I could have done it on my own.

DO NOT.. I sincerely urge you guys NOT to choose these guys as your tour operator. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL people with zero customer assistance.We booked them to plan our trip for 7 people from Kolkata to Gangtok (and surroundings) and back. We had a PATHETIC experience with these guys as they are only concerned about their payments (all in advance) and will provide you NO assistance at all. Once paid they will NOT bother to even pick up their calls. Even by mistake a call is answered, all you will hear is I am out of office now and will not be able to assist until next morning.We had a terrible experience with one of their executives BABU GHOSH and Biswajith. These people are very sweet, helpful and caring, UNLESS you have PAIDthe tour package ALL IN ADVANCE. They booked some awful properties without basic amenities and charges for luxuries. When you try to contact them; you will further get to know how horrible coordination they maintain among themselves. All they do is share another contact and ask to contact him/her instead of oneself as this is NOMORE their duty to help the guests.During our journey we did not get good property, had to pay for connecting transport (as opposed to agreed earlier), no one to carry luggage to and from 4th floor of hotel, insufficient meals (reasoning short of stock), Televisions with NO set-top box connections, and a team of uncooperative tour operators.I would again ask you guys to BEWARE of such FRAUDSTERS.I wish I could rate them less than a star.

We are a group of 13 friends and families and we made the mistake of using the services of Hermes Voyages for our Christmas trip to the Andamans. What should I say. Right from the word go they started goofing up. Their manager incharge of operations, a Mr. Bhaskar Bhattacharya was just acting as a money lender and his only job was to keep calling up everybody and sending emails regularly for payment . Once the tour started we realised the blunder we had done trusting this tour operator.At every stage they goofed up. Our friend Mr. Sen had to keep speaking to him several times every day to get things rectified. But alas nothing happened. we realised pretty late that Hermes and Bhaskar just booke a tour through some other local operators in the island and had no clue of what was happening. We were told to speak to the local agents to get things done...what a SHAME! nONE of the days was the itinerary followed , in every hotel we were booked some of the rooms were not as per specifications, but we had to suffer it all.IT WAS JUST A NIGHTMARE.Anybody using the services of Hermes and Bhaskar would be taking a great risk and GOD bless them !!!!!
