First of all while going for the vacation the AC bus which was used was utterly bad as the AC was not working while asking about the AC the helper mentioned it is like that. False promise, would not recommend anyone who is going with their family if they want a comfortable journey. If you still are going, please go at your own risk.Coming to the return the bus which has a 61 seat was crowded with people more than the seat capacity and people were standing like a public bus. It was not a pleasant journey as we had a baby and in this pandemic it was too much of a risk. The operator should know of this practice and get to work and give proper service. Uncultured n mannerless booking staff and bus staff. No timings and value of their words. They are just middle man and donot have there own bus fleet. I would STRONGLY suggest not to book there buses.

Good travel agency. I travelled to Digha by this bus and had good experience. Only thing to improve is timing. They should stick to the declared timing
