Most 3rd class travel agency.. No time value, no responsibility, no care, .. So Cheap.. Never ever that agency hired & we dont suggest and recommended any person.. Any one will query your travels I genuinely stop her.. Disgusting..

The bus operates like a local bus. On my journey from Digha to Kolkata, it picked up people left and right. There were no seats for offer, and the people kept crowding in the passage area. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. This is supposed to be a proper AC volvo with designated seats. It made us utterly uncomfortable having local passengers standing and travelling all the way.It is an excruciating experience having people lurking over you, sweating and coughing, especially during COVID. It is the bus operators fault through and through. They pick up more passengers than they can seat for the extra money. Absolutely zero maintenance of COVID protocols. No social distancing. No temperature check.

Departure time from garia i exactly 6:00 am. You have to come before that time. It also take hault in esplanade. Quality of journey is good. But after nandakumar its being like a local bus, it stoped like every stoppage.But the worst thing is call pickup, i had tried many time but no one picked u. Good time to phone is around 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. You have to call repeatedly.

Do not know about other routes or buses but the 7.05 AM bus we travelled from Esplanade to Digha was not up to the mark and I do not really believe that the bus was deeply sanitized.The bus journey forced me to cancel my return bus ticket and to book a train ticket rather.The bus was not so very hygienic.The helper was good.There is a TV but the sound of the TV is not audible.

They booked a tickets twice as the ticket has already been booked online and they dont even response to the passenger. The service is pathetic.

Worst experience ever....booked bus from kolkata to siliguri 4/10/19 7pm,was allotted some bus from vijay travels,seats were so inconvenient......driver was so rude that he fought with most of the passengers...after 18 long & excruciating hours when we reach siliguri he was running in circles,because he didnt know the exact volvo parking spot,This driver had no courtesy whatsoever ,every family had to drop down in middle of a flyover as he had no clue about the stand.Thankyou chowdhury travels especially driver for ruining the the experience.Never ever going to recommend your service.

Worst experience. Had booked a ticket from kolkata to siliguri. I was alloted some other bus having low quality seat and space inconvenience. I felt as if I was cheated with my money. Travel time 18 hrs.

I have availed their Digha to Kolkata bus service.The bus was good and they maintain punctuality, but the staff inside the bus specially the conductor was not co-operative at all.

Their recommended hotels are good and their fooding and lodging is also very nice in a reasonable price

They have no etiquette, rude behavior.

They are scammers don’t ever travel with them. Booked Garia to Digha bus via redbus. When reached garia bus stand bus was not there. Called the bus operator no one was picking up the call. Had to choose other means of travel. Horrible service.
