No rating to be given to this company. Worst service given by Mr. Arun. He has cheated us. Took charges from us for booking a jet airways flight on our family trip and confirmed the same. On the date of departure he sent us the tickets of Air Arabia which is much cheaper than the Jet Airways. Infact we were not even informed about it. The service was very disappointing. Later while returning from our trip our tickets were again not confirmed and last minute booking was done for Spice jet. Our journey was spoiled by his services. He promises one and delivers one. Cannot rely on this fake services. We couldnt even cancel his services since we were running short of time and it was the last minute changes done by him. Worst service, Inhuman and Unturst person. He took a bomb on us and cheated us. Definitely not recommended.Later he didnt even had a courtesy to return the balance amount.
