This year we took the UG and PG students for excursion to Govt Quinine Factory situated in mungpoo along with some sightseeing in Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Mirik. We went with Miles 2 Go. From planning the travel itinerary, booking tickets as per the requirement, guiding us during the train journey, other transportations, till our stay and food everything was so perfect. Every team members: drivers, cook were very cordial. They took individual care of the students as well as of ours. Here the name of Mr Rupam Mukherjee is worth mentioning. On 31st Oct,2k19 we had started our journey with Miles 2 Go. I am a ug student from Bethune College , Psychology Department. Our department conducted an educational industrial visit to a Quinine factory adding an extra bite of Kalimpong And Darjeeling Sight seeing. We were around 31 females including pg students and professors .The first thing is safety. We were really very safe in Darjeeling and Kalimpong too, actually I even dont think about our safety which always knock my head in Kolkata. Rupam Uncle(Rupam Mukherjee) is a trustworthy person Ive ever seen.The Second thing is Hotel and Room. In Kalimpong , Rupam Uncle booked two different hotels and unfortunately I and one of my friend(Mohor) got a different hotel with one of our favourite professor and Rupam Uncle. Seriously speaking we dont even get boar , a short adda with Rupam Uncle can increase anyones thirst for travel and exploring. And in Darjeeling , we stayed at a high standard hotel with too much responsibility and good hospitality with few views from windows. We dont face any problem regarding hot water. We really dont spend too much money for that entire trip.Thanks to Rupam Uncle.Third thing is Food. I personally a foodaholic person and I just loved their cooking and I also bring a Maggy packet and they happily made it for me. Taste is amazing and maybe I cant forget that Jira Rice and Hot Chicken Kosha Lunch in middle of Jungle. Thats a lovely experience with Miles 2 Go. Hope Ill share more experience with them in future.Water is precious in hill area. So everybody should buy mineral water for their own. There is no problem regarding this. Dont read previous fake comments regarding this. Its my request. Do set at least a trip with them and follow your personal opinion. Im sure you will be also impressed about their behaviour.At the end , I want to share our enjoyment which is actually not shareable with few English Words. And Rupam Uncle mentioned a quote (written somewhere I forgot ) Fear has its advantages cowardice has none when sharing his exploring life , this qoute really inspired me. And most importantly he had arranged many surprise trip for us(eg. I have very pleasent experience with Miles 2 go travel agency . I booked car for dooars on october 2018 and again booked bulk deal of car NJP TO DERJEELING and back. Its really a nice experience dealing with them. Booked homestay at Takdah its was too good and exactly what I needed. If any one wants to cuatomize their trip I think Miles 2 go would be better choice . Miles to go cover specially North Bengal and North east.

Our experience with Miles2go was just horrible to say the least. Our trip included places like Okhrey, Chayataal, Sittong, Chatakpur & Rishop. We had several bad experiences but highlighting only a few of them. In Chatakpur, no arrangements were made for our stay although we had given an advance payment to the travel agency. The man who was supposed to take us on a short trek didnt turn up. Most importantly we didnt expect to be put up in a small shack in a slum area after paying 1575₹(food + lodge) per day for stay at Chatakpur. Although it was stated that my parents, who are senior citizens, will be travelling with us, no proper heaters etc were available to keep them warm.Again, there were multiple brokers/middle men in between resulting in communication gaps and huge costs. We dont blame the driver but the agency should have given a driver who is familiar with the area. On 2 occasions, the driver went off route and in 1 case the road taken was extremely treacherous. We feel lucky that our car didn’t overturn or fell down a gorge. We didnt even see 2 wheelers on that road let alone 4 wheelers. Only people walking on foot were using that road.

Very bad tour operator.We went with them to the Dooars tour And? This is our worst tour4 of us went on this tour I paid for the trains Ticket Ac 2tier but the ticket was cut by the Sleeper class.There was no dedicated tour manager on our trip. The driver of one of our groups cars, Vijay, was in charge of maintenance Dont know how to manage a tour. Most of the time they could not be found You have to eat the disgusting food of the hotel A good tour operator has his own cookbook.The first day was in a very lodge in Buxa Eating is horrible.The second day to eat that crap at ChilapataThe third day is another drama in Jaldapara Safari Ticket is the line that we have to cut And tour operator mismatchOn the day of our return, one of our 4 tickets is not confirmed, RAC | Have to go back to great troubleIf you go with them, you will waste money He will be accompanied by suffering, mismangenent, very bad eating
