I contacted Sandip of Travel Maniacs through a friend who recommended him for planning my travel. Yes, we were tired of spending months inside our house during Covid and wanted to vacay!When we started speaking, I didnt have any set location in mind. Through our discussion, aided by Sandips expert comments, we zeroed 8n on Himachal. At that point, it wasnt even decided that I would book my trip through him, but the good faith I had in him swung things in his favour - I started to actively discuss booking my 9D/8N trip with Sandip.He took care of my entire itinerary - of course taking inputs regarding my preferred locations in HP (Kasol, Dharamshala and Dalhousie), and he also recommended we cover Amritsar.He was methodical and meticulous in his approach, and extremely patient too. I wasnt sure if booking such a trip under the cloud/fear of another impending lockdown was wise. He assured me we could book even a week in advance.Eventually we booked our trip on 6th December, for travel starting 19th December. Sandip followed up with me on every step - sending me pictures as well as names of the accommodation he planned for us (You can check details on MakeMyTrip too), what to do etc, and sent booking vouchers within 12th December. We also booked an airport-to-airport car through him.When we started the trip, he wished us luck. He rang us every day, in some cases, rang up the hotel well in advance to advise them of our arrival, so set up the room etc. He helped us immensely, every step of the way.Once we reached Kasol, we heard there had been snow fall in Manali. On a whim, we decided to cut short our trip on Kasol and use a day in Manali instead. We called him after 9PM at night, with less than 12 hours in hand. He assured us Dont worry. I will speak to the car and make sure you have an accommodation. Dont worry. Manali is great this time of the year. (important note - We had disregarded his opinion of going to Manali. :-( )The next morning, he had the car agency updated of our new plans, the additional cost worked out, along with the address of the hotel he had booked for us - well, he simply called the hotel and they kept a room for us - because Sandip ji had called. I was mighty impressed!!He even followed up with our accommodation in Kasol for refunds, and we eventually received money. This kind of customer first mindset is unheard of!Rest assured if you are planning a trip with Sandip of Travel Maniacs, you are in absolutely safe hands. Speak to Sandip, plan out the trip, and then sit back, relax and enjoy the ride!!

Travel Maniacs had arranged a great trip of Sikkim for us. It was very well planned and the itinerary created was very good. The cars provided were in very good condition. The accommodations were nice as well. Sandip who had arranged the trip, was in touch with us through out the trip and communicated all the details. Had a great experience. Had booked Sikkim tour with Sandeep in Dec, 2019 for our family, and indeed it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips for us. Brahmaputra Jungle Resort! As the name suggests it has natural beauty, just what we wanted a lots of green, clam and quiet all over. It was delightful experience with this resort, the food was great, the service was at a great level. Everything was in place and arranged properly. Overall a pleasant visit to a jungle......

Had gone on a Sikkim trip from Feb 27- March 4.Travel arrangements were smooth.Hotel at Gangtok was fine.Due to snowfall and road closure,could visit nortN Sikkim.Travelmaniacs were of great help in rescheduling to Pelling. Also gave a great accommodation at Serchhu farm house, almost like a home stay with great view. During these difficult times the team gave constant support.They also helped by discussing in detail about the itinerary.Highly recommended!!

I went to sikkim thru travelmaniacs. Travelmaniacs team is a responsible team. Trip was well planned, and the team is always ready to help in case of any issues. Being frank, sikkim drivers are not very friendly. This was easily tackled by Sandip from travelmaniacs. Also, he used to call everydayeto ask for any issues we faced. Further, the team ensured smooth visit to all the places. Also, the package provided was the steal deal for me. I tried other agents, but the deal provided by him was the cheapest. I am always hesitant when it comes to booking with travel agents. This time however, I thought of going with Travel Maniacs due to lack of planning time.Once I spoke to Mr. Sandeep I was quite sure that it is going to be a memorable trip. Multiple iterations about the plans were made for the booking without any fuss, and he accommodated all my demands to perfection. I informed him that I wanted a good driver since I will be travelling with him for 6 days, and a bad driver can make/break the trips experience. The driver (Mr. Zakir Hussain) that I was provided was such a gentleman that I must call out an anecdote.The night we came back to Kolkata after this happy family trip, we received a call at around 11PM from the driver asking if we landed safely. I was floored by the courtesy of the driver. Even Mr. Sandeep was in constant touch taking feedback about the whereabouts.Overall, the trip, the hotels, travel and everything else was exactly as promised and as I budgeted for. I am very happy with Travel Maniacs and would strongly recommend you to use them!!!
