Just got my Turkey trip planned by The Travel Petals. Got my visa processed in 2 hours and that too at oddly hours. Surprisingly, some of the biggest travel agents in the country were skeptical to process my visa as they thought that it was a short notice. This guy was confident enough. Took my details at midnight and in 2 hours flat sent me the same.Again, I got good deals in the hotels.Overall, am very satisfied and would highly recommend The Travel Petals.Keep up the good work.

We visited Bhutan from 3/4/2019 to 10/4/2019. Our tour was organized by the travel petals in kolkota. Its very well organized customized tour. Mr Ishaan Aggarval from travel petals was in continuous contact with us throughout. Were only two female senior citizens on tour. We were very happy. Hotels where we stayed were good. Some in the heart of the city and we walked round the city .Some were with the scenic beauty. We entered Bhutan via phuentsholling by car and flew back from Paro. Totally it was a good experience. We enjoyed thoroughly. Hats off. My next tour is through travel petals. I recommend travel petals to others also.

Hi All,I went to Bhutan with one of my closest friend and had a ball of time. This wouldnt be a possibility if it werent for Ishan (Travel Petals). I travelled to Bhutan for seven days plus a day of Kolkata sight seeing. I promise that I will try to keep my review as unbiased as possible. We planned the tour through Travel Petals, via The Travel Triangle portal. Initially I got plenty of quotes from different websites. But the first to contact me was Ishaan. I was sceptical to choose him as our agent, since he dint have any trips completed through Travel Triangle, and thus he had not been reviewed by anyone. I dint want to take a risk as it was my first trip to a country outside India.But I trusted him and went on. Fortunately, he dint put down with my hopes. He is polite, understanding and plans the trip well according to your needs and desires. He doesnt ignore any of your demands. Tries to fulfill all of what you ask. Also he is easily accessible through social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. We did not feel like its just a travel agency. He was kind enough to enquire about our health issues and brought out suggestion to help us with that. Another positive point is that, before arranging a tour for others, he himself has visited and explored Bhutan, and has good tie ups with a local agency.Coming to the trip, it was all well arranged. We had been given a separate Hyundai Creta SUV for commuting. Our local tour co-ordinator Mr. Chencho Dorji was very friendly and highly informative.During the tour, if you face any problem, just text him through WhatsApp, ....he will be there to help you within minutes. I would just like to include an incident to support it. In the town of Paro, we were booked in Galling Resort , a 3 star hotel( not a resort as it is named😜)for 3 nights, 2 days. But I was highly disappointed and angry to hear that our BOOKED ROOM had been given to someone else, and we were given another room at 2 star hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor and the hotel did not have any lift facilty. Since my mom has arthritis, it was difficult for her to cilmb. I texted him about the issue, and was surprised with his reaction. He immediately booked us a room in another 3 star hotel . All was done in a jiffy. He also solved the issue with the extra bed. I was extremely happy with the service.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service by Ishaan. I hope he maintains this service and wish that his company grows well. Not to forget, there is always scope for improvement😊.

I had planned a trip to Bhutan for my parents through Travel petals, this June. It turned out to be a very good trip in spite of my initial fears about trusting an agent. Ishan went an extra mile to ensure that my parents get exactly the hotels that I had chosen and had a preference for. He also ensured that he follows up in case of tickets, preferred itinerary, document and other requirements for the trip so that my parents dont face any troubles. Further after they reach Bhutan there were no hiccups through the places (Thimphu, Paro and Punakha) and the guide who was moving along with my parents was Ishans associate partner himself from Bhutan. He was very caring and helpful. They had a very smooth and pleasant experience and Ishan is a host who personally tries to cater to all the requests and requirements for the success of the trip.
