It is the worst experience i am facing since 2days with ola cabs only today i call in ola cab help center (Ballygunge Phari ) to do a complain and one persong recive my call and i ask him to pass my call to your HR department then he said sorry wrong number and cut my call and again i call him in that helpline number he blocked my number, i want to ask ola cab company is this the way to give service to you coustumer

Terrible service. All the phone numbers that you search on Google are either not valid or no response. Impossible to reach out and talk to any staff. They randomly keep sending messages without any intention to solve it. Thoroughly disgusting.

Booked a ride today morning at around 8.30.The payment amount was Rs 466/- from Narendrapur Station Road to Calcutta National Medical College.But after reaching the amount they charged Rs 722/-.After lodging complain they refunded Rs 146/- in the form of voucher.
