Arcadia Central is following COVID norms so well that they dont allow two people to enter in this store at the same time (idk whos policy it is, arcadias or Nikons). Me and my dad both wanted to enter the camera store because I know about the camera and he will bear the service expenses but no they dont allow. They make you fill up forms and stuffs and ask for a photo id etc, probably someones out there in the management trying to match the level of airport security.Also they dont allow the other person to wait in the lounge, they desperately throw you out in the hot parking lot because, policy.Atleast learn to be humane?Check with thermal guns, make people wear masks, what kind of sorcery it is....

This nikon service center is seriously under staffed. It has only two female representatives to attend client issues but actually there should be atleast 3 to 4 personnels looking after client concerns. One has to spend a minimum of one hour or more for his turn to arrive at any given day or time. Not everyone has that kind of time in their hands. You need to be a really idle person to visit this service center. They do not value customers time. Im sure many people can resonate with me. Secondly, their service charges has sky rocketed within a year. One year ago a lens cleaning which cost around  Rs 800 to 900 will now set you back by Rs 3000 to Rs 3500. In short now they are charging thrice the money for everything. This service center is a big turn off.

Taking Nikon-Kolkatas service for over a decade. The staffs, both at reception and technical, are cordial and professional. Its always a pleasant experience to be at Nikon-Kolkata.The office is open Monday-Saturday ( 10am to 4pm). Wrongly shown some closed days in Google map.

Nikon Service Center too Fast As We Expected

Very knowledgeable staff. They are all very polite and courteous. Camera and lens servicing is top notch.

Simply Dont go there if your device is not in warranty period, otherwise they will charge as high as the sky. My D5200 had a problem, not turning on, after 3 days the said about the quotation of amount that is around Rs.12000/- and said the PCB boad has to be replaced.I refused and take back my device paying Rs. 300/- service charge and take it to Dharmatala Metro Goli and do the same only for Rs. 7000/- and save my 5000/- for my next 50 m.m 1.8G.If you really care about your hard-earn money just forget to visit there.

It is a very customer friendly center.

An extremely neat and clean service center, especially keeping in mind, that there is an ongoing pandemic situation, the staff and security of the Arcadia building where this is located, have taken extreme care and precautions to prevent the gathering of a huge crowd in any of the service centers or offices situated over here. The Nikon service center does not need any additional review for that matter, they generally provide excellent services and wonderful experts opinion regarding the Nikon gears.However, it should be mentioned here, that due to the Corona situation, entry into the building, is one person per camera if you are visiting this Nikon service center. They will ask you to fill up a self-declaration form, provide one photo of the person who is visiting - it can be a selfie as well. After this, a pair of transparent thin gloves and a visitors card will be given to the person and then one might take the lift and avail of the Nikon service center facilities on the third floor of this Arcadia building.

This service centre disappoints me to some extent. I am a photographer and I had to go there several time for me and my friends. I saw that sometime in spite of having warranty they tried to deny their responsibilities. Also sometime the tone of the executive is not friendly at all. Like they rebuke you if you do any mistake. Thats why I do not feel satisfied with their service and support. Sometime when I pressurise them after that they provide service under warranty. So, these are some cause why I am unable to give them good rating. Nikon corporation should have place their eye on this matter.

You need ample of times if you want to repair your camera. They are short on manpower.

This service centre is the best one I ever visited for anything I own. Stuffs are not only well behaved they are knowledgeable helpful and super quick in providing service. I have an upcoming trip to London n I visited them for a quick servicing. After visiting there I got to know lens mounting space of my camera is badly broken. I expected it will take more than weeks for replacement n it will definitely hamper my trip. But unbelievably they made it only within 2 hours and I got my camera back right way. Hats off to their service!

Good behaviour good service

Very conjested place and moreover there are only 2counters for so many customers approx seats 50.so space should be made large as well more counters should be there for quick service(even the people who comes for delivery have to maintain the queue). Many people are standing for it because not so much seats available. Positive side is they maintan a discipline of taking a cheat nd water, ac available. In some cases which dosent require to keep the camera they tell to keep it for some days as engineer not available and after the work they will inform through sms.This is what they call professionalism. Otherwise if they maintan these little things as the head branch of nikon store it will be 5stars for them. I hope one day they will achieve full love and support from everyone beating Canon a close competitor of them. Being a Nikon user i will feel proud of them if they can really do this.

Well behaved and highly trained staffs. They advices the best techniques to maintain your camera/gear health at the best. They also clarifies any doubt you have.But I found charges for any service is bit higher. However there service is very good, and as a customer I am satisfied.

A perfect example of what a Service Center should be like.Helpful and friendly staff, Great location, Awesome Connectivity and Cheap.They do charge 225/- for the service (if not in warranty) but thats not a big deal.Atleast they dont force anyone to buy or add some stuffs to their Camera.Im happy with the place.

Love their work. Nice place. Return product within 1-2 days. They do not charge extra. They dont force you to do unnecessary services. Very well behaved and have good knowledge about lenses and cameras. They only advice you what is your camera problem to do servicing is only up to you. If there isnt necessary to servicing they say directly. And help to set the camera settings without charging. Highly recommend for Nikon camera and lenses.

Its a nice place. Staffs are so supportive. They help me to identify the why the camera is behaving so badly. I was unaware about the fact. And also I bought a camera for gift and they help me to choose the better one. I am very happy with my camera now. And also the person is very happy whom I gift the new camera.

Excellent. I have done mandatory servicing for camera sensor two times. Also the customer care executives are well behaved and caring. They only charge for actual problems, dont charge extra for unnecessary repairs.

Very very good service. The ladies at the front desk were very good spoken, knowledgeable, cooperative and good in behavior. Highly recommended to visit this service center if you are getting any problem with your camera devices.

People at the front desk are very helpful. Whenever you visit with issue in your camera, they will guide you with the best solution. They do not charge extra bucks or do not force you to buy additional services. The front desk members provide you very useful tips to keep your camera at a good condition.

This Place is Nikon Service Centre in Kolkata. Located just beside Exide Petrol Pump. They provide Swift and Excellent service for Nikon Camera.The also guide your with different problems and the changes for repair and cleaning is nominal. The People here are very customer friendly and helpful.The place also holds different Photography Classes for Photo Enthusiasts to upgrade their skills and learn about different genres of Photography at a minimum fee.

Good servicing.2 counters only but receptionists are very good, helpful and friendly. They take care of every problem, and experts sort out within 15 minutes. There is a token machine after entering into the room.Air conditioning room with sitting arrangements.I have a D3400 and my sensor was affected by little dust particles.They look after the problem quickly and charged only Rs 590 to clear the dust from Sensor.Within 1 hour 30 minutes I got my camera back.

Easy to locate. Near Exide crossing. Service is slow. Ensure you take ample time in hand when youre visiting the centre. The service is good, no doubt. The people are knowledgeable and happy to help.

This is only survice center in west bengal there behavior is very good they are give best to solve your camera problem . there recently change there location . But here survice charge is very high i accidentally brock my 70-300 lens mount they charge me 2600 rupee (lens mount cost 472 approx and survice 1800 plus tax) over all experience is good except the survice tax

The service is not very much up to the mark.

They are unable to servicing & cleaning and reparing non DSLR camera like coolpix L810 . Its as bad as other mobile service centre etc . We have to use this product as use and through . But company selling this product with the add of great customer care service . Location is good, near Rabindrasadan metro station , known as Exide more .

Although the waiting list is limited, you have to wait long. Those two receptionist are flirty and takes extra times with boys. They say fungus all around and it will take ₹250 to clean. After you got the lens you will still find some fungus is present. They say you have to clean the lens part - that means they only clean outer lens part! Amazing

The place serves as a Nikon service center.. very slow service and response.. if you happen to come to this place for checking/repairing your camera.. be sure to come with 2-3 hrs in hand.. even on a idle day with hardly any people, the token no. moves very slow..Even for pickup of your repaired camera you have to take the token and remain seated in a queue..Very strange and astonished to see Nikon own service center working so lazily..The should be parameters set to improve the turnaround time for handling customers.Hated the place..

I visited early around 9.50 AM just to minimize the waiting. There were two girls and 1 was the 3rd customer. welcome was very cordial and got proper attention too. Good place to visit for the NIKKIN users.

Two ladies at the counter were very helpful. I had a problem of lens as the mount was broken. Generally it depends on availability which normally takes almost a week. But since I had to travel to Arunachal after two days, they took extra effort to get it done within two days.Really thankful.Also they accept card payment.

The local Nikon service centre. Service is good and the people are very helpful offering good advices. Waiting area is comfortable. Opens at 9 everyday except Sunday and Saturday is half day.

Extremely poor quality of customer service. Front Desk staff misleading the customer. As they lied me that Nikon Binocular Aculan a211 Model having nitrogen gas sealed inside the glass component, thats why it is not possible to do a fungus cleaning. Where as the real fact is Nikon provides such nitrogen gas inside the glass component only to their Monarch range of Binocular.
