I was in Sunderban tour dated March 08,2021.The ground floor room alloted to me was unventilated and suffocating. No trace of luxury.However,the foods and behaviour was OK.

I have travelled to many places in India with Kundu and can easily say that this is the most trusted and the best tour making company in Kolkata. To elaborate the hassle-free tours that I have made with Kundus, I wish to mention that right from the starting point, till the end of the tour, I did not have to bother about anything. The tour managers escorting the group are always very experienced and manage the trip very well. They have always been so friendly and helpful that I still keep in touch with many of them. The cooks and the helpers accompanying the group are also quite experienced and put on tremendous amount of workload throughout the whole duration of the trip. I always wondered whether at all they have any sleeping time during the trip.I have made at least eight trips with the Kundus and never ever had any chance of complaining about anything. The hotels provided by Kundus are always of good standard and class and the meals provided by them are simply unforgettable.Finally, one can have all these at a very reasonable price. I wish them all the best and hope they will keep up the good name in the years to come.

My aged senior citizen parents are now travelling with this agency in Gujrat tour & they are constantly allotted back seats in bus without rotation...upon asking the Managers about rotation of seats, like other reputed travel agencies do, the answer came that this is the companys POLICY to allot seats according to serial of booking date and no changes can be done during the whole tour..!! What a POLICY..!!! It means by paying the same amount someone have to complete this whole long journey in back seat only due to his booking serial...!! Repenting my decision of sending two senior citizens by going with the name KUNDU SPECIAL..!! Such POLICY is Special indeed..!!

This is the 3rd time we are travelling with them. I must admit that the last two trips were satisfactory, but this time (Andaman Tour 2018) the food quality, hotel, drivers etc were well below standards. Kundu special must realise that we are spending a lot of money on these tours and deserve professionalism from them as well.The driver of one of their buses even misbehaved with us - bus no.( AN- 691O). No action was taken by the managers.

Andaman tour 27th feb 2018 -Hotel provided was below standard, food and transport horrible.Even if one complains no steps are taken. A complete lack of professionalism. Why would a person spend 30k and get such below standard hospitality and after all these, the kitchen staff come asking for tips.

I have been suggested from many people about kundu. I went to andaman last week with them. What i felt is - the tour is absolutely wastage of money and Time. I wont recommend this travel agency to anyone. They kept us in 3rd graded lodge. Behavior was very rude. Food was horrible. They did not even listen to our problems. They are simply getting bookings with there previous reputation. Our entire tour passangers were very dissatisfied with them in this trip. Terrible experience!!

Kundu Special organises Andaman Trip of 6 days.We went for the trip this Diwali Vacation (2016).They deserve 5 stars for taking proper care of us and giving us a trouble-free tour.Well organised and a special mention of the Asst Manager Sudip Daam and the Servicemen .Very responsible towards their job.Even the Manager used to be standing outside the hotel every time we left for sightseeing and returned back.From 1933 their standard of tour organisation has only improved.They serve you food before you start feeling hungry 😃 and to be mentioned...we take little more amount of tea without milk , they never missed that ....Good trip ..Just one point .. The location of the hotel could have been better ..However their care , food and time management had covered that point even ..👍🏼👍🏼I recommend all of you to check this tour while planning for a trip.
