I initially saw their rating and contacted them, and they failed their rating.1. They seemed not interested in helping me out to plan my trip. They only send me the quotation, thats it.2. When I call them they ask me to text on whatsapp, when I text them they just dont respond. When I call them back, they get irritated.3. They are charging more then make my trip and thomas cook (both famous brands).Over all a horrible and pathetic experience with them.
