It was March last week 2020 ,when we had planned for Sikkim tour. But unfortunately due to covid, we had asked Dzong holidays to reschedule our tour. However Many Tour operators were charging some amount to cancel or to reschedule the tour.But they didnt take any single penny. Luckily we went to Sikkim in January last week of 2021. It was a wonderful experience with Dzong Holidays. Hotel and transport was excellent in service. I will suggest you people to go with this company if you are planning for holiday.

When you are judging a travel company you should think about few parameter. let me put some light as per my experience with Dzong Holidays.For us DZONG Holidays and their spoc Ishan had played a very vital role behind our 6days family trip to Guwahati-shilong-cherapunji .As per our plan they provide us facility Guwahati to Guwahati.I feel that they have kept each and every promise what they have made with us. Frankly speaking in this dishonest world it is very difficult to trust a person/organisation without meet with them.Though DZONG Holidays has invited us several times to visit their office but for some reason we were unable but there no regret rather there more happiness as we have trusted the right team for right work.Before contact with them personally I spend 2-4 nights to check average hotel fare, transport , trip plan etc as previously we had a plan to organise our trip our self .in the mean time we were taking quote from different vendor as well but believe me or not we got most reasonable(not lowest) price from them .I am writing reasonable compare to the accommodation/hotel they had provided us. Will definitely share some pic of our rooms end of this post.One of the vital points of every journey is transport. We have provided a single innova car for all location in these 6 days with same driver who is from local area too.End of my writing I should mention that these guys are not only professional trip designer, but also they take care of their guest in remote place as well. I should mention that one of the hotel they booked via OYO has faced challenge(later I found oyo is facing this issue very frequently).The hotel have not received money from oyo though Top destination had payed full in advance. when I informed the issue to Ishan over phone he acted immediately and without waiting oyo to response he payed the demanded amount to hotel and arrange the accommodation without any delay. May be its his duty but they way and promptly he managed the situation will add one additional star to his company.Personally I would recommend DZONG HOlidaysfor your trips.
