Hotels environment,room, service,food quality, attitude of all hotel members , everything is very good. Communication facilities are also good. From tour planning to come back to home, each and everything is very good.

First thing is Balaka Tours And Travel is not like other business oriented tour operator. They have capacity to understand what you are looking for & make best out of it. The hotels are amazing. The transport they had arranged was the most fun for us as bunch friends traveling together. The driver was very nice guy.Apart from this Balaka Tours is also very flexible to rearrange routes for your travel. I didnt find that with other agencies.Thanks Mr. Indranil for this amazing trip, I think we got more than we expected.

My wife and myself traveled to Sikkim on a 7 days trip last month through Balaka Tours and Travels. We generally do not prefer standard group tours with fixed itinerary. We developed our own itinerary and finalized the tour plan. Mr. Sengupta helped us with his inputs and in co-creating the itinerary. His customer service right from the start till the end is commendable. The choice of hotels was very good and the cab drivers were also good. Would recommend this tour operator.

Recently we went on a trip to Gangtok and Pelling with them. We thought our journey would be smooth but it was just the opposite. Mr. Indranil is very unprofessional and after you have paid the money he doesnt care if you live or die after going to the trip. He has got no idea absolutely where his customers are during the trip. Also, he charges a lot more and gives poorer service than other travels.BEWARE of Mr. INDRANIL.

Opted for this travel agency so that we could enjoy a hasslefree holiday..but it was a bad decision from our part. We could have travelled more comfortably, troublefree and saved a lot if we were on our own. Hope they would improve with time and provide service worth their customers hard earned money.

Dont pay any advance before you go for trip . He is big cheater and takes all money in his pocket even you cancel any trip due to some problems .

Very Bad Accommodation.. Hidden conveyance costs at destinations .. Too much hassle .. bad experience overall ! We went ahead on the basis of past reviews ..they are either not genuine or somewhat manipulative! Wouldnt recommend! Extremely diplomatic behaviour by operator but poor service!
