Lodging is very Good,but restaurants food and one of room service man,not so good,but theres Managers behaviour good,and he apologized by us for there room service mans behaviour.

Nasty experience!!! Hotel managers conduct did not help me as a customer at all...The manager at the front office asked for a Price which was exactly doubled that of committed over phone upon arrival. We experienced a massive power cut that day with no good generator or inverter service provided to rooms even after stating my sons exam was overnight - I hoped this message will be addressed with some serious consideration which didnt get any importance to the manager. Also, they tried to over-sell an executive room upon asking for options next day hiding some real good rooms and they did that intentionally, I noticed. Overall, its needs an upfront negotiation on so many options which an ordinary visitor may not care at the POS!

Beside the kazi para,barasat and infront of Jotisanondo temple. The room was simply normal with bad odor no special facilities. And behave of the stuff specially the restaurant stuff too unprofessional.Rest room condition too dusty and room are normally too hot in summer.Maybe 3rd floor rooms are make by simple wall. But the onwer really good.

I had an engagement function in this hotel where 1 lac worth jewellery was stolen. The hotel staff was not at all cooperating. Even after we got permission from their management to see CCTV. They were very rigid and talk mannerlessly. Avoid this hotel. Bad people. Bad omen!

It is located at near Barasat (North 24 pagans ) West Bengal.More or less medium standard hotel.Car parking is available .The only drawback is that though the hotel is 3 storied but does not have lifts.
