Located on Kyd Street just off Chowringhee Road is the office of AirAsia (first floor of the building) all facilities for travel by the airline is done here.. staff are very helpful and able to resolve issues with ease...the office is sign posted. Have to climb up a flight of steps to reach the office so a constraint for physically challenged persons.

Air asia flight tickets can be purchased . The personnels are nice and very helpful.

Easy to find on Kyd street (1st floor). Staff helpfull and job gets done swiftly. They also assist in VISA processing for a fee. Card payment is accepted at 2% extra fee. For Visa processing only cash deal.

Horrible. The airasia staff were downright rude and nasty and unhelpful. They treated me like garbage. I will never book using their service again

If I could give a negative rating I would have. The Kolkata ground staff at check-in counters are the poorest quality I have experienced. They are fooling and fleecing customers when it comes to baggage plus they are ill mannered. They have the most innovative ways to fool customers and mention in very disrespectful way that the customer should have known their policies. They just fleece which I have not experienced with any other airlines.

Staff knowledge and behaviour was not upto the mark. They cant handle prospective customers and turn them into positive ones.

I dont find Air Asia to be a very good option. I came from Vizag to Kolkata yesterday. The flight was supposed to depart at 7:10. But they wished to take off way earlier than the specified time. They started giving final boarding call way before the normal time. I was travelling with my parents who are old. Its hard for them to rush to the gates. Delaying is a bad thing and so is being non punctual.

I was told i am late for checkin and got a big NO to board to the flight inspite of coming an hour before the departure, Staff knowledge and behaviour was not upto the mark. They dont know how to talk with people #worstflightexperience

Wrong address. AirAsia was not there . Only at airport . Anyway AirAsia overall pretty bad airline.

Booked Sydney to kolkata via Kuala Lumpur.Once realized only 20kg checked in luggage I rang and paid for extra 10kg prior to traveling.They decided to charge me again from Kuala Lumpur to kolkata the extra 10kg .I showed my payment but they said its to Kuala Lumpur. I said my destination is kolkata. So I realized you cant reason with airlines whos policies are to scam people and paid.Grubbiest airline I traveled with. Im surprised they dont charge to say hello to them.

None of the Customer Helpline Numbers got though.I had a few tickets to cancel for an aborted trip, could not.

Worst experience at Langkawi airport...Air Asia check in staff does not allow Liquor that one has purchased to be carried as CHECKED IN baggage and want the liquor bottles to be in sealed packets as cabin baggage. We don’t understand why as anywhere else in the world they will allow it as checked in baggage. Amongst 6 passengers we had to just leave 5 bottles at the airport. What a waste. Shall never again travel on AIR ASIA.

I was travelling air Asia after two yrs yet they did not fail to disappoint me. I was unwell n cudnt stand for long at the counter but the guy at the counter wanted me to pay for the 1kg excess baggage!! He was like my company is loosing a business.i requested him for a waiver and he referred me to his supervisor who was equally hopeless. Clearly the staff at the Kolkata airport has no sense of customer service at all. Wen I requested the supervisor for a waiver n explained tat I am not in a situation to shuffle my luggage, he said thats ok maam but you pay the excess baggage or else we LL loose a revenue. They r ok to loose a customer but not a revenue.. seriously these guys sucks.

One of the best airlines except the Kolkata airport AirAsia ground staff. They harass passengers a lot.

The call center doesnot pick up phone.. its a horrible website that you have its unfriendly and time consuming. You want customers to pre book check in luggage but i m not being able to do that at it keeps going in loops

Worst Indian Airline. No support from customer care. Calls not attended to, if calls are picked up they are put on hold till disconnected. Frequent flight delays, passangers nightmare.

I had a bad experience with my baggage.I was with my wife and kid and I was not allowed infant baggage allowance ,my laptop bag and my wifes hand bag was also weighed and charged.Disgusting service by Air Asia,will pay more and go by Indigo but never by Air Asia.
