We are really very disappointed with your service . We have complained regarding our issues long back and knowing and the fact over telephone the concerned person visited us almost 2 weeks after complaining . After the concerned person visited our office and inspected the chairs they have promised us for a speedy recovery of the chairs by 12th June 2018 but till date we didnt receive any service from you as promised . The chairs are in a terrible condition and we were expecting a soon service from your side post sale. But unfortunately we didnt receive any such help from you. This is really very disappointing from your side as we didnt expect this behavior and service post sale . We have been continuously highlighting the issue over the phone to you but no service is been provided till date except the fake promises. Provide us the immediate service or we would take necessary action against this.
