Unintentional lapses between employees. Training needed. Taking out of car is a genuine constraints. No Administrative Manager found to monitor any issue therein. Without checking of stock material, car booking accepted seems a short coming of Back office. Ground workers are not following any command of Supervisors. Managers should send for genuine workshop training in the Maruti factory. A distressed condition. Even after non finding of stock material, only verbal communication to Customer is creating another lapse.
They are very good technically. I have visited them for past 5 years now. Had my problems solved and found most of the spares here in time. They have really grown popular and the place is packed to the hilt with cars waiting. This has led to annoyingly long wait times if you walk in (drive in). Took 6 hours for a job that wouldnt take more than half an hour in my last visit. Should be fine if you plan to drop off or get your car picked. I like to be more hands on with my repairs and services. It is difficult to see the job happening.
The experience was good. The staffs tries their best to provide the best service however I feel that the target given by their company to their staff take a toll on them . They will keep on asking you to do different things even though your car is new. So thats why 4 out of 5.
Well trained technicians. The behaviour of people is also good. There is a waiting room inside... Also washroom. But there is no cafeteria.. You dont get much food shops in this area as well so carry your own food and water with you.Also here the Management is poor.Number of cars taken than capacity is much more.. So i have to wait for 8hours for a 20min of work in my car.Good thing work done is with atmost care..the technicians are also friendly and peoper washing is also done in car.
Excellent team , own a 2020 Swift Lxi from Osl for any issues I merely call them up or tell them during the routine oil change/service dues and I always get the vehicle back with all issues resolved.
If you go with booking then it is good but if you go without booking then the service is pathetic
This was our 2nd free servicing.We send the car on that place through driver.We were personally not attend that.But they didnt wash it properly.

Waiting time to make a job card is too much, I had e wait for 90 minutes to get a job order done. My humble request to management is to take limited cars for service so that customers go back happily. For free service time I spent was 4 hours, which I feel its too much. Though staffs are trying to do their best but customers will think twice to come back again. Please look into it for smooth operation.
I visited today for first service of car. Came back home after opening of job card. The place is not recommended for long stay. My car service takes 4 hours upto release. The driver drove the car back. The behaviour of stuff is good and cooperative. The amenities of waiting room is required to be improved.

Congested area and very tough to manage your car but service center people are helping to manage.
Busy place. Technicians dont handle cars properly so are the people in the washing area. Basic spare parts like charging sockets are not available.

I availed 1st service at OSL for my new car. Previous car was General Motor make with very good service experience. My experience with Maruti is not good enough. I choose body Teflon coating and under body rust painting as they suggested. Both job has to be continued further and carries warranty. No document given for further job and warranty service, only a printed bill issued. All communication said over phone only. On demand they mailed a picture soft copy of a warranty card from a individual mail and without any car registration number. Pathetic service. I dont know the other service station condition, but this service station is not up to the mark, only sucks the customer.
Not a good experience. They have too many cars going in for Servicing and not enough executive to even log in the car.When you sent the car in for servicing, their first question is always With whom did you speak to? Or who had taken the order for booking?I had paid advance for my Ritz odometer parts changed. When the parts arrived, their office people keep calling non stop to bring the car in. But you sent the car, nobody wants to receive the car and issue job sheet. They keep asking the driver with whom did he speak.When someone sends the car, just receive the car and do the job that is to be done.

The workshop is situated at least 1.5 km away from E M Bypass (Silver spring).This road is very congested and difficult to reach to the workshop. However the workshop is good and well equipped. I felt very contested inside the workshop also.

Serviced my Ignis today and im very much satisfied with the work done. didnt took a lot of time. employees are very efficient.do visit here early in the morning to avoid the rush. the location however is a bit off and is in the dhapa slum area which is very crowded. apart from location everything is good ✌️
Service advisors are good at attending customer demand , having professional approach.satisfied with their service .they even provide home servicing of car. Only problem is the locality of the workshop is very congested and unhygienic.

Bad place for getting your car repaired.
Once you give your car to them for service and your headache will start. They will repair one thing but at the same time they will damage another thing. All in all you will have to send your car for service 4-5 times a year to them and it will be never ending process.

The first and worst of all, fraud is to cheat ones self. All sin is easy after that - As one of there customer I felt of getting cheated by them So was my OSL experience where I faced right on my 1st service of Baleno RS, in which my Key fob was damaged [ by putting water into my key fob and fuse its internal circuit ] Which later cost me hectic period and few thousands rupees more to get a new Key Fob or to compensate there fault of work. PLEASE TRY TO AVOID OSL

Good service, helpful.Did not like the teflon buffing of the car. All the external plastic and rubber areas had white markings.One tyre air filler cap was misplaced. They denied it.Suggestion to all is when you are giving your car to them, take pics or video.I went for my 1st servicing of my Ignis.
