Recently purchased a washing machine. The staff over there were well behaved and polite. They have a huge range of products on display with regards to televisions, electronic gadgets, washing machines, phones and music systems which makes it easier for the customer to make decisions. Stock of geysers were pretty less though. As far as after sales process in concerned, they send ill mannered people for installation and demo. This was my personal experience.

The reliance digital is situated bang on the road next to KFC and can be easily located from gariahat intersection. Its is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via lift from the left side of the building. You can find all types of electronics like TV, music system, and computer peripherals. You can also apply for Jio mobile Sim & fiber connections from the kiosk within the store. They are currently checking temperature prior to entry.

The store is a really good one wrt the Lake mall.I bought a HP laptop from there ,that too at a reasonable price.The male staffs are really good,whereas the female staffs are a bit angry,not helpful.If you plan to buy a laptop just go and find a man named Prateek,he is really helpful with a good technical knowledge.I give this 5 star for that person only.

Reliance Trend is located at Gariahat Crossing above PNB Bank. Overall, the shop has good collection of apparels, especially kids. Some electronic gadgets like mobile phones, speakers, are available at the upper floors also includes heavy electronic and electrical devices like TV, gyeser, Fridge, etc. Overall I would give a thumbs up to the shop from price perspective. Firstly, they need to improve the way the store is accessible. Climbing huge stairs is a negative or the lift is t the back side of the building which one cannot understand in first visit. Secondly, the need better customer service, sales personnel are busy chatting with each other and not attending customer. A better collection, variety of items other than clothing is needed.

I went there to buy iPhone 12. While putting the IMEI number into HDFC Emi options it showed that is already sold out. I am still not sure how come. They had only stick available then. They called me up several times to revisit again and told me they arranged fresh stock. I revisited again there and same thing happened. I am very dissatisfied with this. I decided to buy it from Apple shop instead.

I have been to this place few times. One thing I like most is their huge collection. Almost every brand and any product you think of is available.However, Reliance Digital stores in Kolkata need to seriously think about their sales personnel and I have to share my experience. Every time I enter this showroom, these guys will start hovering over my head, surround me and start walking step by step with me. That is really irritating....Last time I purchased a mobile phone and after billing the salesman was about to open the box... he never bothered to take my permission.So overall a good place, good collection but I will rate poorly on shopping experience.

Went to their Gariahat store ... It is large .. but the entrace is at the back and the lift could do with a checkup. The gentlemen who sold us the product was very helpful... But there was an issue with the card machine... They managed to solve it... On the whole a good experience.

Prices are reasonable and there is gift in every purchase, but there are less stocks.

Staff were kind and got very nice deals got one iPad and a OnePlus... Highly recommended

Bunch of cheats.Zero customer customer.Ordered for a headphone in express delivery.Made up fake stories regarding delivery since morning amd finally after a lot of argument simply told to contact head office.This is the way they harass customers.Till now delivery not received.No one is listening to help.Head office asks to contact store and store asks to contact headoffice.I would recommend dont shop over here.

Excellent staff behaviour and houses many products. But after sales service is horrendous. I would not recommend purchases of heavy electronics and laptops. They will first make you buy an insurance and once your manufacturer warranty gets over, any fault in your device and it will be your own headache.

Tried to solve my problem. I am satisfied.

I was greeted at the entrance.They were making sure every customer gets their hands sanitized.They asked me if Im there for any particular purpose.Staffs are very friendly and informative as after hearing from me, they directed me to the location where I can have my job done.They were very patient with each customer and they didnt had any sign of getting annoyed about customers query or whatever.I also observed how they treat customers that are physically challenged, they do a good job.

Its opposite to Gariahat market three storied building..2 floors for Relience digital. Wide rage of products. Television, washing machine,refrigerator laptop, phone, tablets, hair dryers, hair curler, mixer grinder all are in one roof. Reasonable price. You may get discounts on special occasions.They have wide variety of television ( sony Bravia, Tcl, Sharp, samsung, Lg). You may opt for exchange too. Vendor will come to your place and pick old television.Staffs are helpful.

Showroom is big. Good stock. Very prompt delivery and installation. I purchased AC from this store. It was delivered in next day and installed in the same day. Installation person is good. The sales person is also good. Only thing, they need to increase the billing counter. Shop located in a very prme area in Gariahat. You must visit.

Staffs are very lethargic and reluctant to show you any product or feed you proper information about your enquired product and theres always shortage of stocks which is why they push you for higher tier products at first and if you resist then they will tell you to wait so that they can check their system to let me know about my enquired product inventory status. Horrible experience... sales guys are very irritating and they will take advantage of you if you go there without your proper research on what you want to buy !

I was looking for One Plus 8T so visited Reliance Digital. Nice vast electronics segment catering to the Digital need of customers. Very efficient staff and trained seller with good team work ultimately convinced me to pay for Samsung S20. ...lolBut I am happy both for my new mobile and the person who cracked this deal ...kudos.

Staff attitude excellent but product display very weak.

I m disappointed because they dont give clear and detailed instruction about the product and they dont bother to check the product and send and some products instruction mannual and warranty cards are missing and they dont bother to provide either .They need to be trained and they should provide leaflets to the customer which they dont,very much annoyed with their service.

All nice. One thing is that payment through digitally take a lotzzz of time around 20 minutes fm Google pay(no service) or phone pe(specially). The system is sooo slow and need to operated by updated version.Otherwise card or cash payment is ok
