One of the best and wold class herbal and natural products are sold here. You will find products such as medics, textiles products, garments which are hand crafted, brass decorative items, sculptures, pickled, honey, perfume and many more. One should surely use the product named Tulsi ark solution which is made from tulsi plant. This simple medicine is a multi utility solution for many types of health issues ranging from simple cold to cancer. This solution acts as an immune booster for our immune system which makes them ready to face any time of diseases. Its an ayurveda product which means you can have it even if you are not sick from any types of diseases to prevent from getting sick to any types of dreadful diseases.Since 2015 Ive been using this solution for 3 years and experience its effectiveness in any type of medical problem. One of the best example I should mention is that my own daughter is free from using antibiotics for 3 years. At some point of time when I dont know about this solution,I use to give the doctors prescribed antibiotics which weaken my daughters body and immune system taking a longer time to get my baby stronger. There are many instances which i forgot when this solution acts like a magic to my daughter. I strongly recommend everyone to give a try to this solution and get healthy forever by using it forever. Its very cheap and effective and cost less than 1$.Even during the treatment my daughter doesnt lose her appetite and have good quantity of food during her illness. The above incidents are true to my knowledge. But one thing is that please consult a physician when someones illness is very serious.Thank you

This is my favorite place to pick up small gifts whenever I am returning back from home. I have also picked up their kasundi and amer achar everything. I love their handcrafted shantiniketan bags, coin purses, wallets and stoles. They have a great selection of both Assam and Darjeeling teas. I find them great as gifts. Though price is bit high but I can understand that I am getting it at the airport. Customer Service always great.

From a first timer to Kolkata... purely from a laymans point of view:If one feels initiatives taken by any Govt body is bad or mediocre, just visit Biswa Bangla at Kolkata Airport Departure Area... Its an eyeopener! From the first look to the layout, display, range and quality of products to the pleasant personnel, its full marks. Some may feel pricing is premium, but thats a personal take.. .Me thinks its worth every paisa well spent if the proceeds go to the artisians and helps promote our ancient culture and create awareness of our rich heritage!

A wonderful shop to have a glimpse of bengali culture, heritage and best part all in tangible, purchasable form. They have an amazing collection of sweets, sculpture, edibles, clothes, jamdani shawls, muslin kurtas shirts etc, leather bags, conch shells, and a lot more stuff you can ever imagine. The store personnel are too courteous and informative. You will want to buy everything before leaving the airport.I would though suggest sandesh, baked rasgulla, sarbhajas, mim darjeeling first flush tea, makaibari first flush tea, incense sticks, white musk perfume, muslin kurta , shantiniketan ghee, sundarban honey, kalimpong pickles ,etc among other things that you like there. The initiative is west Bengal government undertaking thus you can trust the authenticity. All products are a rare and exclusive collection from remotest parts of bengal which have been awarded GI tags.Just visit this store once if you are into cultural belongings of your destination.

Disgusting Attitude. I wanted to buy few things along with sweets. The way they spoke to me was really disgusting. Several times i requested him as it was late, around 11:05 pm but he kept on saying its closed. Then i requested him for sweets still he didnt bothered. The sweets will not be fresh tomorrow still no response. Then finally i had to leave.

Wonderful shopstop in terms of collection. My experience was very sour, though. Had picked up 2CDs and was looking at other stuff. A salesman approached me and said if I took 3, I would get discount. On final payment, no discount. That salesman said he DIDNT KNOW that the offer had ended!! No refund as payment had already been made. So much for Bengali hospitality!!!
