Arrogant behavior of staff, intention is more to sell their products instead of solving problem of customer at this particular store. In nutshell some kind cheating with customers are taking place. There is same situation online and at Vi stores as well. If someone senior most from vi is looking into this I would like to advise that a complete changes in your CRM is immediately required without any delay at both the level I mean online and offline assistance.
Today morning I bought one new VI Connection. The staff there insisted me to take post paid connection but ultimately I took Pre paid connection after spending a lot of time at the store. They asked me to pay Rs 203 for the said connection and told me that it will become active within half an hour. After 6 hours when it remains non functional I contacted customer care and they asked me to again recharge from a retail VI Store. So I went to local VI Store where they informed me that the Rs 203 taken in the morning was meant for that recharge which was not done at the store but took the money. I had to again pay Rs 197 just few minutes ago. Now the number start functioning.Does it mean that Rs 203 was pickpocketed by this VI Store? What a pity!!!!
Quiet a good Vodafone store.Security guards are courteous and polite.Person in charge of Payments counter is kind of dumb and can not answer your questions.No chair facility to sit at the Payments Counter for the elderly people.Reason stated is that it takes 30 seconds to pay. What if an old person has some queries regarding the payment and has to stand for all the time till the query gets resolved ?No place to park your vehicle.If you park your vehicle outside the gate then the Traffic police will fine you.
The representatives are very helpful. They helped me activate a number which was not in use for more than an year and that too by visiting my home.

I experienced a pathetic service in this particular store. Trust me guys! nothing has changed in vodafore service after merger with Idea. The store service person doesnt have manners how to talk to the customer neither they know how to resolve the queries. They will waste your precious time in this pandemic situation and will harass you unnecessary. Better port your network to Jio or Airtel rather going to this store specially this one near to south city mall. Horrible experience.

There is a woman employed in this store, dont remember her name, who keeps on making lame excuses about not getting your postpaid connection changed to prepaid. She will make up strange tales and convince you that they will not be able to change your postpaid connection. If push comes to shove she will do it but make you run to the store two to three times. They cheated me. I went there to convert my number from post to prepaid. Initially they denied when I asked them to give in writing then finally ready to change it. They gave me the SIM Card and asked that I need to recharge it through them only for the first time. They took the money but recharge for lesser value. So you wait there until they recharge it in front of you. They maintain a separate unofficial register to recharge the numbers in that way do dont fall in their recharge trap.
Very bad service. Took more than 10days just to replace a faulty SIM card

Located just beside the highbrow south city complex, unfortunately the place tends to be a perennial let down. The 1st knock you get with the entrance not at level with the footpath outside - the elderly may risk a tumble. Most of the times theres a stock reply of server down with no time frames given. Sitting area for the infirm or elderly is lesser than a portable loo @ any of the smallest of parks in the states. And smiling faces are hard to come by, let alone help to people more comfortable with the vernacular than the queens tongue!
Very professional yet you feel emotionally connected to the help you got at Vodafone store... Its really a super store... I am an AIRTEL user... I visited this place with my friend for changing postpaid connection to prepaid... Their service was hassle free. We felt like they were resolving our problem only yet the store was full. I think everyone felt so.
Previous experience had been good, but of late the service experience has gone down. Waiting times are understandable. However the support they do try but with a number of trainees, the quality has gone down. They will mostly try to avoid solving your problem by asking you to come at different dates and different times, when if you raise a hue and cry will the store manager then come and try to solve it. If i have the option, i am never going back there.

Fraud.... today they missguided elderly person for selling target of their anti virus and said 4g enable nano sim charges is Rs.150/-, so they sale antivirus and told that they will provide free sim upgradation for 4g enable sim. This is totally unethical...they just missguided my father.
WORST SERVICE EVER, not expected from Vodafone. Guard doesnt know how to guide visitors, vodafone staff lounge around, complete lack of courtesy, no etiquette, no work process or ethics, find excuses to not help visitors, specially the one with Subho.. something and skip work and kill time, very condescending very patronising, travelled around the world, visited so many vodafone store, this one is the worst. Remember: KEEP OUT! they will ruin the day, If vodafone ppl are reading this find the attachment for reference, check the store cctv footage and I will make sense. Oh one more thing hardware like printers dont work, you would have to make mental gymnastics.... And I couldnt get my work done, left in disgust.

The store is really nice and the service is also really good. I have been here on multiple occasions and I got my problem fixed in a jiffy. Often there is a crowd in the evening but otherwise it is quite perfect.
Full fledge support is not expected from here. Support team has only few in numbers. You will find many seats are vacant. If you have any corporate connection you may face difficulties solving your problem.
Unlike other Vodafone stores, this one is also 24 hour open.....this is a plus for it.....but performance is nothing but same as the others...........although they would solve your problem, you have to go through a quite long wait with patience.......staffs behaviour is also satisfactory....
Absolutely full of bunch of jokers! Mr. Kunal (table C) is top-rated fraud executive with luring schemes to attract customers towards post paid connections and converting prepaid customers to same. Do not try to link your Aadhar number here! Other Vodafone stores are better and more customer friendly.
Earlier this Vodafone store used to be in SC mall...but since it is closed for renovation it has shifted to this property right next to SC mall...Hopefully they will be back once the mall opens completely...Used the services of this outlet once for getting a duplicate sim...which they issued without any questions or without even checking any docs...😄😄

Does not enough pay attention to customers. Store run by annyoing staff who just reffers you to different tables for solution. It seems normal local mobile recharge store seems to know more than these staffs. And at the end of the day you come to know from customer care that your requested was not processed at all. You have to run down the store again, repeat the whole story again. In comparison Jio customer care is more better and faster, you dont have to go to the store for the same damn problem.Vodafone your network is as lame as your employees.
