Totally fradulant activities under the symbol of vodafone idea. The person attended mislead the information. Just a lier , i went to close postpaid connection, he just did nothing but forced me to to pay the bill, and told me to come next time to stop the service. I am surprised, and also know no complain to the authority can change anything, company is hiring such person to harras the customer in any way.

Located just opposite to amaze furniture shop. Open 6 days in a week from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. you will find a automatic machine for recharge and bill payment with cash and the best part is it is open 24x7. They have 4 counters to help you. Overall they try to solve our quarries without questioning too much.

Met with official regarding my plan.officer was very caring and sensitive. He heard my problem patiently and solved. Thanks to that officer.

Worst experience. Poor service,unavailability of persons for simple Sim Exchange,works like a government unorganized office,manager is reluctant to look into issue. The person who does Idea SIM exchange was absent from the store for 3-4 hours owing to his personal work. Suggested us to go to alternative Voda-Idea store without attempting to resolve the issue, how adamant !

The store is located on the right hand side before Baghajatin crossing if one approaches from Jadavpur. Located on the main road of the locality i.e., Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road the store is well connected by sevaral bus and auto rickshaw routes.There are four token based service desks. The token vending machine is on the left hand side at the entrance. The security posted there often volunteer to help.Service is generally fast and satisfactory. Service/support personnel are in general helpful and knowledgeable to solve issues. Until and unless the issue relates to handset hardware, there is a very good chance that the problem will be solved.The store has a nine hour operating shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM and remains closed on Sundays and holidays. However, it is a little lackadaisical at the start. Hence, it is better to approach after 11:00 AM.

Worst Vodafone center ever experienced. They take money but dont process the recharge and you have to go to them for any purpose at least 3times for the proper procedure. After all of it they still makes mistakes. For my case my birthday year is wrong. So careful to visit this place.
