Good store ...But they dont have prepaid sim(they said to me when i visited) or any prepaid connection who want to port from another connection ... If you want to port you have to choose postpaid and at least after 4 months you can switch it to prepaid (according to them) ..Any Airtel store should have all kind of plans and customers should preference choose what they want ....Otherwise all stuffs are good ...

The staff was rude, and not very eager to help. They kept me waiting for more than an hour even though the store had no other customer.

Not maintaining Covid rules created by themselves. In shop they mentioned 1 person in store at one time. But inside there are 4 people atleast. Also they do not port in number. Totally disappointed.

Unnecessary delay for not maintaining customers seriality according to turn up. Management staff of the store has engaged dealer,who is attending customers, with continuous private talking.

The girl at the desk doesnt know how to read a date. I went there today and believed her and went to Sarat Bose road store to rectify the date but they told me that it is correct and in a different format ,date in the middle e. g.mm/dd/yy. How fools get work in airtel.

It was not a Airtel Store but mini store . Nonetheless, They charged a bit higher compare to Airtel Store and Staffs behaved decent. Thats it.

Very strict about ones personal ID regulations

Small store catering to Thakurpukur area. Very conveniently located , easy to notice, parking of vehicle is convenient on DH Road.Staffs are polite, attentive and customer friendly. Interiors are neat, however space is very limited to accommodate large no of customers.I expect service request completion time should be improved, otherwise expect good experience.

Staff are most corrupted in that Airtel store. Airtel SIM is available for Rs 260 at any mobile recharge shop in Para, but when it comes to this mobile store, they charge Rs 350 for the new SIM. Any general mobile shop offers one and a half GB internet free 28-day and unlimited calling service at Rs 260. This Airtel store takes Rs 350 bucks to provide that one chance. Request to all my local people please avoid that Airtel store. Which is beside Hero bike showroom at thakurpukur, middle of thakurpukur bazar and thakurpukur 3A bus stand.

No suggessions, no new bosses will change their system, their attitude towards customer. Everybody changed after joining this branch. They are already 0 complaining Airtel Branch as they are ignoring customer complain! This is not Customer Care they are Customer Dont Care!

Easily accessible. Charged us 5 rupees each for linking aadhaar card to Airtel prepaid numbers, which I am not sure they are allowed to charge.

This outlet charges for SIM card if someone changes service from post paid to pre paid. I had to pay Rs.30 today even though I insisted its supposed to be free. The person in the counter is not cooperative atall.

The staff is not knowledgeable, they make least effort to speed up any process. They are extremely lazy in attending calls.Would go to the extent of citing their CSDs name for not providing you a service which has very low commission for them.
