I heard a lot about this place. Had a cuppa tea here recently. The tea is nothing unique. A single clay cup will cost you Rs.15 minimum. The sole uniqueness of the place its standalone team cabin. The lady serving tea here is very polite, but the gentleman (so-called) was extremely rude. He bad-mouthed on the young guys who was taking pictures of the establishment while enjoying his tea. The shopkeeper has to keep in mind that these people have made him famous in the vicinity. The most hyped tea stall of the city can be missed.
A unique tea stall within Kumartuli. Designed like a Calcutta tram. Fits well with everything Calcutta and nostalgia. The tea too is great!
